Could anyone tell me if they have fitness classes on the ambition. Stretching, yoga, that type of thing. If so, are they free, or is there fee ?

We will be calling at Flam Friday 28th June 2024 (07:00 until 19:00) is it possible to book the train on the day, and not through the cruise company. don’t really want to book the train and find on the day it’s foggy, misty or torrential rain. and we have spent a lot of money seeing nothing. has anyone booked this way ? I understand Flam is a very small village, but are there any nice hikes/walks in the area ? how have people spent their time, who didn’t take the train.

Has anyone visited the submarine base and cite de la voile museum ? Is it walkable from where the ship docks? are they both in the same direction ? and can anyone recommend a nice bistro for lunch, close by. Thanks for any information.

Just wandering if any Ambassador cruiser has visited the port of Le Verdon, France. Finding it hard to find any positive information on this port. Does Ambassador provide a shuttle service to the towns of Le Verdon or Soulac-sur mer. I believe it’s difficult to find a taxi or any public transportation. Is there anywhere to walk to. We will be at the port for 12 hours, and we usually do our own thing. What did you do ?

We will be visiting Le Verdon early in May Docked from 07:00 till 19:00 I understand that there is not much to do at this port. But I would like a little information on walking to Soulac-sur mer. How far is it from the port, and how long on average would it take to walk there. Is the village of Le Verdon in the same direction, and is it worth visiting ? Does it have any shops or restaurants. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Could anyone tell me if there is a free (or charged) shuttle bus at the port of Belfast, that would take you into the city centre. I believe it is quite an industrial port, and was wondering if Ambassador or the port provide a bus. thank you

We will be cruising the north cape of Norway this July. calling at, Alesund, Thomson, Alta, Honningsvag, Narvik, and Haugesund. we usually do our own thing when in port, and we are looking for recommendations of things to visit in the ports listed. having never visited Norway before we would like to stay near to the port if possible. of course being in Norway we would like to take in some of the beautiful scenery Norway has to offer. we don’t mind a good walk or hike. Alesund I believe has a 418 step walk to Fjeiiistua aksla, and another walk to Via Ferrata. could both be done in the time we are in port. 08:00 - 17:00. also, is the aquarium close by, could we fit that in also ? one more thing, what sort of clothing should we bring for this cruise? thanks in advance for any information.
