  1. I called Celebrity and a very helpful lady said to log out and she would do something her end and when I logged in again I should be Elite. so all sorted now thanks
  2. Thanks everyone, I didn’t reply last night as I’m in the UK …time difference. Yes, I did get my captains club number a long time ago and only just made diamond in March . I’m probably too eager to see the new level on Celebrity. I did email them last night, but will call if I don’t hear back.

  4. Apologies, it’s getting confusing. I’m already diamond on Royal Caribbean but only select ( level below elite ) on Celebrity.
  5. Hi, I just checked the app and it states I am ‘ select ‘ level on celebrity
  6. I’m now diamond on RCI, if I’m understanding correctly I can use the benefits offered for this level on Celebrity ( cruising with them next year ) .I am a member of the Captains club. Do I need to notify Celebrity of my RCI status level before i cruise , is there a certain department I call? Thanks

Hi, I’ve delved in a little deeper and I’m added as a travel companion to this email account. ive updated his account giving new address / phone number and then I was able to put in my own VIFP number to proceed into the booking . The only thing is that the past cruises stop at his, whereas I’ve done a solo one since. Not sure how I can back track and get details for that .... something for another day ! thanks
  8. Hi , I’m from the UK and I’m trying to book a cruise online. It will allow me to put all of my details in and then it asks me to log in. When I put email address it automatically comes up “ hi ****** , and his details “. Ive tried deleting all of his details and then entering mine, including my own VIFP. In does accept them but it still says “ hi ****** Does this mean he’s the lead person on this email ? Will I always see his name ( which is no problem to me ) how can I just have it so that it’s only my details showing, “ hi ******” Obviously from the UK I don’t want to call them and no email details! thanks in advance for any help with this

  10. Hi, they offer a city tour with airport drop off but it’s sold out. I think I need to check out luggage storage for a few hours ?
  11. Does HAL offer any excursions in Boston when disembarking, before going to the airport. I have an evening flight and trying to fill my last day .

Im from the uk and I cruised from Miami in April and I used Nomihealth , I booked online ( click the yellow bar )and selected Miami dade, there are a lot of locations , I went to Adventura mall. The testing site is actually in an area off from the bus station .I took an Uber there. There were a few people there but probably took about 10 minutes for checking your info and the test.. When you complete the form online you enter the details of the cruise you are going on .I selected a day and could go at anytime. My results were emailed after about 90 minutes. I did some shopping at the mall whilst I waited in case there were any problems. There was no cost . Hope this helps
