After our trip, we disembarked with MSC owing us 330.00 for several excursions that were canceled by them. We were told that we would get the funds back in two billing cycles. It has been longer than 2 billing cycles. Does anyone have ideas on how or when we will get this money back? Does anyone have a phone number or email for the billing department?

This is so true ! When it is good, it is good. But never and I mean NEVER encounter a problem. because you are on your own. Customer Service has no power and the other departments do not have phones (really?) . We had 2 great cruises and all went well. And then.........bam ! It went South really fast and could not get anyone to help resolve the issue. So sad that MSC does not "get it" regarding customer service.

When does MSC actually charge the credit card for the cabin upgrade? At the time of the bid? When you found out that you won? When you board the ship? Thanks

Hi, We are considering MSC out of either Martinique or Guadeloupe. We will be flying in from Dallas. Which airport appears to have more flights to and from Dallas to either of these ports. We are also open to flying into Miami / San Juan, etc to grab a connection. Each leg of the trip can be on a different or same airline. Any tips, ideas, direction, etc are welcomed. Thank You.
