I'd get it. Have to trust that the proper testing has been done I suppose.
Agree. The vaccine will most likely be a mandatory requirement is one chooses to go on a cruise.

Cruise stocks have been artificially supported since this pandemic started.
The stock market as a whole has nothing to do with a "free market" system based on worth and value.
It's based on "perception" and who can b.s. the most to embellish the perceived worth.
So true.

RCL down another 3% today, CCL flat.
RCL stock goes up one day and then down another day. Currently at $52.12 per share. Does anyone think it will get down into the $20’s again?

Wait a minute... that's an enemy ship!
A cruise on any ship and/or any cruise line departing from a USA port would be great at this time.

......I was told I could still show up on Election Day and cast my vote which would invalidate my absentee ballot. Maybe it varies by state???
"Vote early, vote often" is my motto.!😃
Recommend that one not send in an absentee ballot and then vote in person on Election Day in Florida. Believe this would be a felony and you could go to prison for five years.- 1

Some cruise lines have increased their fares. I also choose science- I love cruising, but my safety and the safety of others so much more important. today the death total is over 225.000 and growing- Hopefully it will return to some type of normal in a few months.
Agree. Sure hope you are correct in that cruising will return to pre-COVID normal ASAP.

Or a great relief.- 1

Another day in house confinement. Boring. My big excursion tomorrow is to go to Costco to purchase hearing aids. The cost for 2 of them is $3,000. Thank god our insurance company will reimburse us for the total cost.

Face down would be "instant mask"...I should think?
Correct. Medical folks say that someone infected with COVID-19 spread droplets both by coughing or passing gas.

Very hard to keep a method to get a free upgrade quiet.

Had been optimistic but now unfortunately believe it may not be until mid 2021 at the very earliest. Why, because Royal is upping it's cash flow reserves for more many more months laid up for no sailing. Hopefully vaccines will be readily available by that time and praying the virus is receptive to therapeutics by then. Royal can't be happy to provide a less than enjoyable cruise experience to new cruisers who are their target market. They may never come back.
You may be correct. We will be lucky to see cruising by July 1, 2021. Sure hope our Enchantment cruise in December 2021 will sail.

One of the great things about cash vs. FCC's is that cash has no expiration date. You don't have to use it unlil you are good and ready to. I don't want to feel obligated and have to compromise and take a cruise until conditions suite me just so not to forfeit the value of an FCC.
Too bad only one FCC can be used per person. Sure would be nice if each cruiser could use many of them (up to the tonal cruise fare) for a cruise.

It wouldn't be a law. It would be a requirement imposed by the cruise line. They do have existing health-related requirements.
Agree. Everyone will have a choice to cruise or not to cruise. Cruise lines could make this a mandatory requirement if you want to cruise.- 1

The problem is I have found the cruise compass to be more accurate than the app as to what is going on around the ship. You would think that it would be the other way around since the app can be updated in real time with changes that occur.

I would gladly put on a face mask if it means we can restart cruising.

They will probably change the rules again to require a COVID-19 vaccine before regular cruising restarts.

Thanks. Not good news for those with 8 or more day cruises prior to 11/1/2021.
