    Can Relative Visit Haven If Not in a Suite?

    My parents love having the larger room with the suite and the perks of boarding, etc :) This next cruise we will be on the NCL Pearl and we have 18 people going, what I did was book my parents the Deluxe Owner's Suite on Deck 9 and then we have an additional 6 cabins around that. For the Adult kids, grandkids we are just going to annoy my parent's by hanging in their room and since they are on 9 we don't have to worry about trying to get escorted around :)

     

     

     

    For my dad's brother and sister in law I hope they would allow them to have dinner/breakfast with them in the Haven area without to much of a fuss. :halo:

     

     

     

    It all depends on how busy ship is and who concierge is. Non haven guests shouldn’t expect to eat there because family are in haven. In the morning at breakfast the haven restaurant is crowded so they really shouldn’t expect they can eat there every day. The concierge may make an exception and let them eat there 1 time with their family who are in haven.

    People pay a lot of money to be there

    Anyone seen concierge Naomi recently? Or butler Jennifer? They were both on the Pearl in July. Both were great and hope to see them on a future sailing.

     

    I'm sure that vacation lengths vary by contract but does anyone have any knowledge as to the normal concierge vacation length?

     

     

     

    Jennifer is still on Pearl but not sure when she goes on vacation . Concierge on Pearl right now is Kadek

    Platinum vouchers

    If what you say is true here, I have been cheated. My husband and I only get one set of vouchers for 2 platinum members. We should each get vouchers. I wonder if we just have to question it, I could have used an extra laundry coupon on my last back2back. :D

     

     

     

    Each gets one bag laundry

    Dinners are per cabin now not per guest

    Interesting thing - the hotel director likes to hold a follow up CC meeting on the last sea day to find out what worked and what didn't. He says he's the only one who does that, and he finds it more important for him and his staff.
