I'm June 25 and have only been waiting a couple of days, so I can wait a bit longer. I might try faxing on attempt #2, in a few days, if I get anxious (I emailed the first time). I just don't want to be too laid back only to be told, "Oh you should have let us known sooner! It's too late now!" 😋 I've been looking for anecdotes from cruisers who didn't hear back in time and what they did, but haven't seen any. Maybe that's a good sign? 🙂

I'm also on a June 2022 Alaska cruise waiting for the SHC to be applied, although I just booked and submitted a few days ago. Have had the shares for a few years but this is my first opportunity to actually claim the credit. Is there a point where it's cutting it too close (given they want the paperwork no more than 3-4 weeks out) and one can call in and ask a rep to take care of it over the phone? I've seen people mention waits from a few hours to a few weeks, but they were all months away from their respective cruises.
