It went through. I paid for it. One I knew about Galveston and liquor laws. Grew up near there. It now covers sodas and coffee. But I am adding cash and a credit card for the first day. I do not drink that much. .50 for a 5 dollar drink.
I'm still sad that we can't use it on day one in Galveston. I don't expect that I'd drink enough to make it "worth it" in one afternoon, but it would be a nice option.

There are quite a few really great threads giving you info on how to make the most of your 15 drinks each day! Go to your search bar and see what you come up with. My favorite tip was to request a large bottle of water at the end of dinner.

What happened to the pillow mints?
My husband and I were just talking about that the other day!

It has been a few years since our last cruise, but I cannot remember a night that we didn't get them.
We are cruising with the kids in February, so I'm hoping that if we slip our cabin steward a few bucks at the beginning of the week, we can get them every night.

I'm looking at booking on Triumph for my family. We have an infant, she will be about a year at the time of sailing, and a three year old. Has anyone had experiences sailing with these age groups? Did you feel too restricted on shipboard activities or shore excursions?

I tried that for my DD, who turns two just a week and a half before we sail and I'm not sure if she will be in a "big girl bed" yet. They couldn't do it in the system because she's not an infant, but said there are plenty of cribs on board and that our steward can arrange one the first day.
