Check out AirCanadasucks on Facebook. Our luggage was lost by AirCanada prior to a 10 day Baltic cruise in May. It was finally returned to us in September, after hundreds of hours trying to contact a live person. NCL was so very accommodating with gratis laundry and trying diligently to have the luggage delivered to each port. So sorry that you were an AirCanada victim.
