Hope I get on the right plane 😅 Been tracking her departure times the last few weeks and has had delayed sailings of 3 and 4 hrs .Of course thats if TUI departure on itinerary of 22-00 is correct Ps Were there hard copies of drink menus available?

Good to hear rkingphoto as we,re off on Discovery soon.Been on her before and had a great time. Not looking forward to any delays going or coming home mind you.Been tracking our outbound flight the last three weeks and its been delayed from Edinburgh every week...1hr 30..3hrs and 2hrs Not uprgrading to premier drinks as should be enough for us on the normal drinks package Any idea what draught beer/ lager was available and do they still have the help yourself drink trolleys with bottled beer? Just got the dreaded testing to navigate

On the American Dream itinerary in July 2023 followed by a week in Orlando.Intially were doing a back to back but changed to a week on land as none of the ports on the 2nd week floated our boat This is a cruise we had cancelled two years ago so really looking forward to it

Hi Fife It was knocking 2 hrs 30 Yeah,been on a number of cruises where we,ve had to wait also on late flight arrivals.We have also been very fortunate for our cruises as we,ve always had favourable flight times where we have been on board by midday mostly.This is the latest flight we,ve had Thanks J and same to you,have great cruise Hi Nancy, Regards the delayed glasgow flight.Its actually difficult to believe (not for one minute saying it didnt happen)that TUI would put customers through that.Why not just cancel it? They,d also have to put the cruise passengers into a hotel overnight in either Palma or Malaga and provide some form of compo

Same Alan We also have insurance through Nationwide with our flex plus account and it comes with cruise cover(standard)but as you say it covers medical/evacuation/repatriation but not the likes of missed port,confined to cabin and the like..Options extras like that with Nationwide cost £40 I think Cruised for years with Nationwide standard cruise cover Get the impression TUI use of the word comprehensive is an attempt to push customers into taking the insurance they offer via AXA?

Watching with interest as we will need to do the same in a few weeks Cant even worked out how and when you set up an account to chronomics or if its necessary

Thanks P Yesterday whilst supping a few refreshments in the summer house tracked the same flight we,ll be on in just under 4 weeks 1hr 20 mins late taking off and landed in Palma at 20-05 Later on checked Discovery 2 which was due to sail at 22-00 on webcam in Palma,still sitting static at midnight when I retired to my bed.Found out later it didnt set sail till 2-00 am

Hi B Not counting our chickens yet even though our outbound flight is with BA and yeah always found getting to embarkation a bit of a drag anyway.We wont feel at ease until our first step on board Was tracking a TUI flight departure from Edinburgh yesterday heading to Corfu.Due to take off at 15-40 but never took off until 18-05.On our calculations it wouldn,t have arrived in Corfu until Midnightish so anyone on a cruise would be lucky to make the ship which was due to sail at 23-00 until after 1-00 am Our outbound to Majorca isn,t due in until 19-00 which gives us 3 hrs to get to the ship,grab some food and hit the sail away party 😁 🤞

We hope so as we love a good Sail Away party,great start to a cruise.Saying that,although our last one was good the one before was a damp squib

Mrs JTS was getting all concerned this morning when reading about flight cancellations and delays.Me,I just go with the flow,whatever will be,will be Currently from what I,ve read the main problems seem to be from Airports down South and from TUI and Easyjet hubs Seems to be very little issues up here(🙏🤞it stays that way)and at Edinburgh Airport where we,ll be flying from Although ours is a TUI package our outbound flight is a BA charter so that might be in our favour.

Hi Kalynan Thanks for that You,d think cruising with a 75-80% capacity they,d have enough staff to cope,hopefully its just taking time to get up to speed Anyway,me and MJTS will cope no matter 😁

Thanks oscarshep and Kalynan Good to read reviews again and gives us an insight into the good,not so good or indifferent on the ships at the moment Hopefully by the time our cruise comes around in six weeks on Discovery theres no staffing issues. Do any of you know if the cruise was running with full capacity?

They need to update the Discover Iberia requirements PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM Have a copy of your Spanish Travel Health form to show at the airport This no longer applies and hasn,t for a while

We,re seasoned cruisers/ travellers but due to covid not cruised for two years so you need to cut me some slack on what I,m going to ask 😆 This is where a feel like a right diddy Unaccustomed to this cruise hub thingy and noticed theres a link for printing our luggage labels.We have never had to do this in our mega years of holidaying and How does this work and how do you attache to suitcases? 🤔 Any printing we do which is limited is done on your normal A4 sheet of paper
