  1. We just received word from Azamara that we will no longer be docking at Fusina; instead the Journey will be docking at Chioggia. You may want to check with AZ about the 10th of May.
  2. Any information on transportation options for passengers to get from the new Fusina cruise terminal to Venice?
  3. Help! I'm seeking information on a relatively new terminal called Venice Ro-Port Mos. We will be on the Azamara Journey and I just learned that due to considerable problems with docking at Fusina - a heavy commercial port that requires passengers and luggage to be transported to another terminal called Porto Marittima - Azamara has decided to switch its docking to Venice Ro-Port Mos. We will be doing an overnight there in May, 2025, and the folks at Azamara have scant information to share about the new location. Additionally, I've found little online about the terminal as well. So I have a few questions: Since we will be meeting an independent tour guide in Venice, I wonder what our transportation options will be getting from Ro-Port to Venice? Are any other cruise lines already docking at Ro-Port? Is Ro-Port like most typical terminals with disembarkation and luggage pickup on site? Can taxis, limos, buses readily pickup passengers at the terminal? Any insight would be deeply appreciated. Thanks. Howard
  4. Do you know if that webinar is available online? I’d be interested in hearing it.
  5. That’s encouraging! Thanks.
  6. Interested in taking a 12-15 day cruise in early 2026 focusing on South Africa, and I sort of like Azamara's recent S.A. itineraries for '24 and '25. However, while most of Azamara's 2026 sailings throughout its fleet (3 of the 4 ships) have been released, none are scheduled to go to the typical ports in South Africa. Wondering if anyone has heard any gossip on the Azamara Journey, whose 2026 sailings have not yet been released? Any thoughts on why that is? Any buzz on when its sailings will be released, and is it likely that South Africa will among its destinations? Thanks.
  7. I can confirm that the Expedition, as of the 19th, was still in Aruba. Here's a photo I grabbed as we were coming into Oranjestad on the Equinox, and it appeared as though a lot of equipment had been hauled to the top deck ... and that she was not going anywhere soon.
