It's not a huge concern. Just a topic for discussion. I have my doubts if CCL really checks to see due to the sensitive nature of the issues. God forbid someone might get offended

I saw a huge 4 foot by 5 foot square litter box on my last Cruise. I asked an employee about it and he said it was for the service dog. A doggie litter box and it was blocking the walkway on the deck

I am not advocating that fellow passengers should determine the need. But CCL needs to be sure to validate each case. Not give them a free pass to abuse the system

What if anything do the cruiselines do to make sure a service animal is indeed a certified,real deal service animal? Do the owners have to carry documents? How many people are abusing the entire system due to theirs or their animals seperation anxiety problems in order to take the animal along? I personally know of this happening with the airlines. Yes yes i know its politically incorrect to ever question such things, but i hope they make these people prove they are indeed service animals and not---pets !!

If you owe NCL at the end of the cruise and cant pay you get arrested. NCL owes you and they get 28 days to pay !

Credit card disputes are handled within a few days. Unless you have a junk credit card

just take charge of the situation. No need to play games with in NCL. Dispute thecharge and get it over with, what you tell them you never received the item or service you will get the money back

try calling the accounting department at 1-866-625-9177. I don't know if they deal with uk/gbp bookings, but if not they may be able to give you the number of their counterparts at ncl uk.
You can't tell your credit card company that you don't recognize the charge, or that you didn't authorize it: You did. The first step here is to contact the vendor about the problem.
wrong.dispute the charge.look after your finances. You gave ncl a fair chance

There are plenty of germ freeks around.i know people who bring their own towels and linens. They also wipe down the entire cabin with lyson wipe pads
