Buy ONE bottle of water on the ship and refill it. They alsos did not say you cannot bring an empty container on board and fill it with the FREE water a much as you please! :)

Now, that's what I always do, but I still like to bring bottled water in my carry on, without dumping it, this is ridiculous, I stopped booking with them with all the up charges . Just go on a short cruise time to time with my daughter as she likes NCL,

Just got off the Getaway-long lines and need to plan and schedule in advance. If you are flexible, it helps. As for the tenders, i believe platinum does not need tickets.

I , also, got the upsell email today. trade my Getaway cruise in January for a cruise in Sept, Oct, Nov, December,- upgrade to a balcony from oceanview. My PCC said he had no idea what that was about. He had me forward the email to him. :confused:

I totally agree!! I hope Egon gets his care as quickly as possible. And thanks to all of you for posting his ongoing adventures. I may not comment frequently, but have followed this adventure since the begining. My prayers to Egon and his recovery.

Yikes! We may be moving sooner than later and my hubby will definitely owe me a long cruise. Had 11 couples go through our house yesterday and 2 more today (so far, that is). Wish us luck. We both need a vacation after all this stress. This is also my 34th day free from gambling!!! Horrible, horrible addiction, especially while cruising.:D Maybe we'll just join Egon for the rest of his cruise sailing off into the sunset....lol!!![/quote]

Are you using the MSC website to write to them?

I will write to MSC also. Have any of you heard back from your letters to them regarding an upgrade for Egon?

Like many of you, I also discovered this thread and absolutely love it! I have spent two days reading, and eagerly await each entry. Thank you yellowbird 23 for posting the emails, and I agree with 50 cruiser that the MSC cruise line should do much more for egon, upgrading him, offering him true VIP treatment. He is a remarkable person and a true example of living life to the fullest. I am subscribing to this thread as was suggested by the host. I feel like I know all of you!

I also will not consider this ship after reading of the way they are treating him. Seems like they are not in the hospitality industry but rather just a business.
