  1. What type of Sea Day activities are there? Our last cruise was port intensive and we only had 1 sea day. Did they do the volleyball crew VS passengers? Silent disco? What other type activities? My DH and I are fine with quiet and a book, but think my 37 yr old son and his new wife will be looking for more activity.
  2. Main dining. We are in an Oceanview on the bump Deck 8.
  3. Darn. I read that the doors were external. Maybe a switch is in order? For those of you with connecting cabins, how noisy were they? I like things quiet. TY.
  4. We have been on the Summit, and had to cancel a cruise on the Equinox in 2020. Now we are on the Reflection in November. Give me all your tips, thoughts and loves on the Reflection! Thank you!
  5. Yes, but non alcoholic, specialty coffees and fresh squeezed oj does not come anywhere near the extra amount of $$ we are paying.
  6. I have maybe 1 drink a day and my husband doesn't drink. We are cruising in November with my son and his girlfriend who both do not drink. We are spending an awful lot of money for 4 people who consume little to no alcohol. My husband and I could care less about the internet on vacation. We like to chill. So I feel we are paying for perks we do not need. I preferred when we could pick which perk/perks we wanted. We like Celebrity because it is quieter and more laid back. However, in the future, we may have to go back to RCCL on a Radiance class.
  7. The Equinox and the Reflection have cruises in October through December for the Caribbean. We are booked on the Reflection for Nov 6th. Hoping it is a go.
  8. I can not see them in pictures, but thank you. I am glad there are others than at the main pool area.
  9. I usually only use hot tubs in the Serenity/adult only areas on ships. Are there adult only hot tubs on this ship? I see hot tubs in the main pool area, but what about the solarium area. In pictures, there are no hot tubs there. Thank you.
  10. What are your thoughts on the above. They seem to be pushing that there will never be any sales and the price is the price (all inclusive). But does anyone see these outrageous prices coming down in the future?
  11. I don't see this type of room on the website....Is this the hotel??? https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/florida/hyatt-place-fort-lauderdale-airport-south-cruise-port/fllzd/rooms
  12. I reserved a room at the Marriott Beach Tower that has a separate room with King bed. They'll have to sleep on the pull out sofa in living room. The 2 bedrooms were outrageously priced. I will keep looking, but I just wanted to reserve something!
  13. Does anyone know of a hotel that has this in Fort Lauderdale? We will be travelling with my son and his wife and since we are paying, thinking this might be more economic than 2 rooms. Or a hotel with a bedroom with a door and a pull out couch? The Embassy Suites by Hilton seems configured this way, but looks VERY dated. Anyone been there in 2019? Thanks!
