The person at Holland America who booked our cruise was wonderful, until she wasn't. I don't want to work with her anymore. Who would I contact to report this person and get someone new?

I agree with you about Wall Drug and a prior poster about Crazy Horse Memorial. I wasn't disappointed because they weren't on my must see list. I wouldn't necessarily recommend.
Jumping i on this. I haven't gotten an email confirmation yet (it's been a few hours). I signed up and have a password etc. Any idea where to go to log in?
They have 2 shows in the Carousel Lounge. We didn't go see them, but i heard they were good. They are $12 in advance, $18 on ship. You get a free drink with that. There is a nightly theater show, so we felt we didn't need to see more.
Disembarkation was definitely chaotic. They ran more than an hour late just calling numbers to disembark. Went to our meeting place in the Carousel Lounge. Had to snake thru what seemed like the entire ship and down 2 flights of stairs. Once outside, getting an uber/lyft was crazy (lyft was cheaper). The line of cars to get to the pick up area was horribly backed up. Took a good half hour for our car to come. 2 cars cancelled before someone came. We got to Penn Station just before 1p. I hope nobody had early flights.
Only dress code is no shorts etc. It even said in the planner that jeans and a nice shirt was good for gala night. Very different from when I started cruising.
I just realized I have been spelling the ship's name wrong all this time! I changed in in my signature. Wish I could go back and change my title. I used to be such a good speller! Lol!
