    We had booked a trip in March for an expedition trip for the end of June. The trip was cancelled around the 3rd of June. We had paid in full in March by a bank transfer. After reading about all the trips that were cancelled, we file a fraud claim with the bank. And 2 months later we received a full refund from the bank. We were so thankful to receive our money back.

    I have a question, if Allianz is only covering our trips once we leave on the trip, I think we should be able to get our money back that was paid for the insurance. Let's face it, we paid for coverage from them that never happened. I think they should at least give us our money back for the cost of insurance.

    We used one of the 50 passenger ships on an Aegean trip that we really enjoyed. We were able to dock in all but one of the islands. We always enjoyed traveling with GCT or OAT.

    I just logged into my portfolio and found all the information on my cancelled cruise is gone. If you need any info from your reservation ie a copy of your invoice, you better log in and print it out before it disappears.

    We booked the trip March18th 2023. The trip was the Route of the Vikings. I just received the confirmation of the cancellation and the four options that they have offered.

    Just got our cancellation notice that our trip scheduled to depart on June 29 has been cancelled due to operational disturbances. Compensation options will be forth coming in a few days. I should have done my research on this company before booking.
