We have cruised many times before and looking to try MSC Seashore have some questions. What are the hours of the buffet (any late night hours) since they do not have any other food choices except dining room and specialty restaurants. My wife saw somewhere that there are charges to get in some shows is this true? Does the buffet change every day or is it the same? How late are the bars open at night.

There are exemptions we got one on the Mardi Gras in November for my father. He is 92 and has had a stoke and we had a doctors note that said he could not drink. I went to customer service and she said no problem she would just have to get the hotel manager to sign off.

The deal closer in the Alchemy bar is great if you like chocolate. One night we had at least 6 of us drinking it.

I think too many of you say I need 6 drinks a day every day, when that is not true. You need to average 6 drinks a day. That means you need to have 6 drinks times how many days your cruise is for (ex. 7 day cruise you need to have 42 drinks for the week 6x7) It does not matter how many you have on any particular day just the total. so theoretically on a 7 day cruise you could only drink 3 days (sea days) and still make it worth while by getting to your 15 drinks on those days and that does not include any non alcoholic drinks.

We were on this cruise also and Zoltan, Jakub, Cornelius and Evan in the Alchemy were fantastic. We spent almost every night drinking the beautiful concoctions they came up with. Jakub made a variation of the Deal Closer that was so good at one point there were 6 of us at the end of the bar drinking it and now we are trying to recreate at home.
