Hello all, we are visiting Belize & Honduras in February. We are thinking of branching out on our own vs using a ship excursion or independent travel company. We were hoping to locate a resident of these areas & pay them to show us their country & what the locals do. Question? Has anyone done this? How safe do you feel it is? what are the concerns?

Hello CC folks, we just finished a week on the Allure from 10/23 - 10/29. On an elevator ride down, a woman advised us that her husband was in the infirmary, with a possible broken foot from rolling am ATV. It was sad to hear her story. I was wondering if anyone knew how he was doing? I think all of us worry about hurting ourselves while on vacation...it doesnt take much....stay healthy my friends

Hello CC folks, We are planning our family cruise to Alaska, with RC, June 2023. We will be staying in Seattle 1 night prior to leaving for our wonderful cruise. We would like some suggestions on hotels. We would like it to offer breakfast in the morning, and be close to Pike Place, and of course be family and $$$$ friendly. Can you please give me your thoughts & suggestions?

Good evening Folks!! We are booked for our Alaskan RC cruise, 6/2023. Some of our family members would love to go fishing in Sitka. We would be interested in shore fishing or boat, for deep water, or trolling. (we do not fly fish) Has anyone done any excursion from the cruise line? or any independent vendors. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks for everything that CC does for all of us!!❤️

Hello everyone!! Booked for our Alaskan cruise, 6/2023. Just started to look at airfare. For as much as my family cruises, we have never booked our flights thru the RC AirtoSea. Up front the prices look great. (If this has already been discussed, can you provide a link? )If not i welcome all comments, good and bad, dos and donts & pros & cons & any type of experience you have encountered. As always, thank you so much for the CC community.

We sailed on the Infinity 9/18-9/24. We were looking forward to DR & Turks & Caicos as we have never been there. 1 hr after embarking we were told those 2 ports were replaced with Cozumel & Costa Maya. We did get to go to Bimini for the 1st time & loved it. Did the excursion to the public beach, Paradise Beach. The water color was amazing & the sand in the ocean was like walking on carpeting.....now that may have changed with all the weather churning everything up.

I think this is the best fix/suggestion. We are coming in a day early so we could probably visit a walgreens

Thats mostly what we would want the water for......beach days. $2.00 sounds like a good deal. my hubby wouldnt be happy using vouchers for water

We are D+ with RC, but with Covid it has been quite some time since we sailed with them. I am debating as to whether or not to get a water package. We used to be able to go to the concierge lounge and take a couple bottles back to our room. Is that still allowed? Thank you

HELLO CC FOLKS, HEADED TO HONDURAS NEXT MONTH ON RC ALLURE. WE HAVE DONE LITTLE AND BIG FRENCH KEY, WHICH WERE JUST "OK" I SEE THEY OFFER MAYA KEY, WHICH IS A PRIVATE ISAND. CAN I PLEASE HAVE YOUR OPINIONS. OUR MAIN PLEASURE IS TO FIND A NICE BEACH WITH CALM SEAS AND LOW WATER LEVEL. YOUR THOUGHTS?

Here is what i read: “We will continue to visit Bermuda with other itineraries where the island is the first port of call and doesn't trigger the additional testing requirement,” a spokesperson for Celebrity told T+L. Norwegian has also removed Bermuda as a port of call on at least three separate sailings: aboard the Norwegian Escape from Nov. 1 to 17, aboard the Norwegian Sun from Nov. 3 to 21, and aboard the Norwegian Gem from Dec. 8 to 22.

I may be incorrect, but i thought that i had read that as of November 2022, both Celebrity & NCL have decided to no longer visit Bermuda, due to the extra testing and $40. Has anyone else heard/read this? We went on the Summit several months ago & it was an additional worry/pain, on top of Covid testing to have to do this & worry if you were approved. Its sad, as it is a beautiful island
