Does anyone know if the pool is open and is there a charge?
-
Is there a beach that we could walk to right off the pier?

I am leaving on the Wonder this Sunday. Does anyone have the Current entertainment schedule and the dining room menus? I didn't book early enough to reserve and would like to have my schedule planned out ahead of time, one less this to worry about.
Thanks so much for your help,
Cindy

I got hosed. They said 30 days prior. I went on and everything sold out 30 days prior. Be there early mar 1 to have a chance. I am sure that cruise is sold out.
Me too, I am on this Sunday. I was just looking on the app, for the showtimes, weird for comedy it states reservation required, but all the other shows, like ice and aqua it does not. Have they done away with reservations for these shows and only require for the comedy??

Does anyone know for sure, if the milk shake is included in either the unlimited dining package or with the Diamond Plus Drinks?? Last cruise on Harmony I thought it was, ordered and was then told no it's not included in either. Few days later, saw a couple enjoying their shakes at the aqua show, so I asked how much they were, they said we got them for free with our Diamond status. I seem to get a different answer from different people.

Now that this has started (all ships this week), do they ask you on day 1 if you would prefer morning or night time service, or is it just when they get there?

One question. Have they also cut back on the constant interruptions asking how they are doing?
This was the first time in over 50 cruises, no one asked how they were doing or to tell us about the survey. Not one person.

I don't eat lobster, so asked if I could get mine and give to husband. First I had to eat my regular chicken meal, then they brought out the lobster, even sat it in front of me, knowing it was for my husband. He said he was being watched.

This is what we've always done too. I hope we can still do this.
Only if you eat the one at a time.

The recent one all included lobster isn't a big deal to us because we only one get one lobster each (even they they offered a second) as we ordered a steak when ordering our lobster. Surf n Turf. Can we still order the steak to share when we order the lobster and have it served at the same time or do we have to finish the lobster before ordering the steak? Might not be a fleetwide question.
On the serenade, you had to eat either your steak or lobster first, then the other would be brought out.

Just of the serenade new menu. Waiter said meals were being counted and no way for him to get any extra. Wanted the steak also, but was told have to consume one meal at a time, then could bring out another one. But not the lobster, unless we paid. I actually felt bad for him, said the week before he could bring out as many as people wanted this cruise, they were monitoring it very carefully.

Just a little note for anyone driving down to their cruise in the next week or so. Noticed our semi annual flying pest the last couple days which usually come in May & Sept. If you get them on the paint of the front of your vehicle and let them remain on there a week or so they release a substance that will discolor or eat away paint. We always bring a couple bottles of water and a throw away cloth and check the front of vehicle when we park in garage. Safe travels and good health to all. Nancy & Bob. The Villages, Florida
My husband does the same thing! We always cruise Labor Day week. I was on that ship with all the love bugs, still had them on balcony days into the cruise.

All 4 legs are available, called Royal yesterday to get prices. Highest category available was balcony, no suites.

Ask your friend which ship they are currently cruising on to determine which ship "requires" N95 masks.
As stated above Brilliance of the Seas.
-
perfect thanks!
-
Yes I read that and will comply, but wanted to know if only the n95 were allowed on certain ships.
-
Help, I am scheduled to leave tomorrow on the brilliance of the seas. I have a friend who is currently on the cruise and has been for a few weeks. She just told me it is a requirement to wear the N95 mask, if I don't have any they are providing them at guest services. I knew about the mask requirement. But I did not see it anywhere in the covid protocols that a certain type is only allowed. Does anyone know where this is in writing, or does the ships themselves have their own rules??

We're getting on Sunday as well as long as she sails!
Haven't heard anything more, so maybe just a precaution and things will be almost back to normal by Sunday!!
-
I wonder is the shows will be back by next week?
-
Heard there was a covid outbreak among the entertainment crew and mama Mia as well as the Aqua shows have been cancelled due to quarantine.
Truth or fiction?

How many people is your 100 per day based on? Thanks.
On Allure Several week ago, was told by concierge, there were 11 rooms that require genies and 3 genies.

Powers that be have now decided to keep it the way it was with beer, wine, water and soft drinks available from 11 to 11. I wish they would make up their mind and stick with it. This back and forth stuff is very irritating.

The benefit of the 11 - 11 free beer wine soda and water was set to end starting next week. Yesterday there was a rumor that Royal is NOT going to discontinue it. Guess we might not know for sure until next week
Yes I heard the same thing, higher ups decided against implementing this, so they are NOT going to discontinue.
