  1. We are doing the exact same thing...

Oasis Nov. 29th then Liberty Dec. 6th. We are in Family Suites on both sailings. They told me to talk to someone I the Loyalty office' date=' once on board Oasis and they'll help us with the transfer from the Oasis to the Liberty on Dec. 6th.

Maybe we'll see you on the ship? Not too many days now![/quote']

Did Not Think of Checking in With Loyalty ON Oasis Thanks

  2. Hello

    I am doing a B2B/Consecutive on

    Oasis {Leg 1} & Liberty {Leg 2} NOV and DEC 2014

How much different will Disembarking(sp?) be than doing a B2B/Consecutive on the Same Ship?

I have done a B2B/Consecutive ONE ship a few years back

Since I will Have a C&A Level Jump after Leg 1, {Emerald} Do I have to speak to Loyalty Office on Both Ships or Just Liberty?

  3. Our TA gave us a free royal refreshment package each for our OOS trip next month.

I understand that my ship card will have something printed on so bartenders can give me free soda. I also understand I get a coke cup with a chip. This will let me self serve at machines.

My concern is dragging around that cup all day and it becoming gross over time.

Can I just leave the cup in my room and get soda at those machines by presenting my card to some one? I don't have to bring the cup to the MDR, right?

I would much rather not use the cup but my card and use disposable cups to drink.

Yes if the Drink Package is PRE-Ordered then The Written Coca-Cola is part of your SeaPass Card when Printed, if ordered on the ship You Get A Coke Sticker on your SeaPass Card.

The Thermos Cup/Glass is the ONLY Way to Get Soda/Pop Form the FreeStyle Coke Machines on board, the Cup/Glass you get as Part of your Drink Package is LARGER than a regular Glass. So NO you do Not have To Carry it around with you ALL the time You Can Use It When you want a Larger Amount of Soda/Pop.

  4. That is a much too simple explanation for the size of Quantum class ships and is likely not even a major reason for the difference from Oasis vessels. Compare the specifications for two classes and consider the cooler regions where this new class of ships is expected to operate and you may better understand some of the reasons.

I just posted the First think I could remember as to the Smaller size,

    SORRY

  5. I agree. Years ago the OJ did taste more like OJ but the stuff they offer now tastes nothing like it. One of the things I really like about Oasis and Allure is that fresh squeezed OJ is available in the Vitality Spa during all of its hours of operation.

Even TANG IS Better than the FREE Fake OJ

  6. The US is the only place I know of where tipping is accepted and standard custom. People who shirk or don't tip at all are generally accorded a negative label, cheap. Other places vary about tips. Not uncommon is to add the tip as a service charge. One thing I believe is that it all balances out. In the US the charge for food and services is much less than Europe, so much so that even adding the standard tip you pay less total in the US.

Someone Who's Never Been To CANADA it SEEMS

your cousins to the north have tipping ingrained in our culture as well.:)

    Yes Indeed

  7. The legal drinking age here in Alberta is 18 and I think it is in other provinces as well. I can't see why you can't give a 20 year old a beer on your balcony. I'll never understand how it's alright to send an 18 year old off to war but you have to supervise your 19 year old "kid" on a cruise ship.

Here in Canada legal drinking age is 19. Legally am I able to give a 19 yr old a drink on the cruise? No.. they are under 21!

Are you able to give your son one of your beers in your own stateroom while sitting on the balcony watching the sea go by... ;) no one will know if you did or not but you! Enjoy your family cruise together!!

    LEGAL Drinking AGE IN Canada

    19 or 18

19 The Majority of Canada with 3 Exceptions Where it is 18
