  1. Traveling with two toddlers ages 3 1/2 should I purchase a lanyard for them first time on Disney cruise and if I’m going to need one I’d rather have it before I get on the ship any thoughts or suggestions ?

    Thank you

  2. There are rare meet and greets when you can be told "no autographs' date='" usually because that character physically can't write. Yes, they will sign you books.

We like deck 10 for sail away. The crowds tend to be on deck 9.[/quote']

    Thank you!

you are a wealth of information and I truly appreciate it we are taking our granddaughter’s age 3 so I want to know as much upfront and be prepared .

  3. First cruise coming up in late September and my question is sail away if we go to the concierge lounge will we have a good view of the sail away party or do we have to go to that deck and if so I imagine it’s going to be crowded any suggestions on alternative locations to view the sale away party ..?

Additionally autograph books do the characters have time to sign autographs books and is that something that people do or are we better off not taking an autograph book and saving that for when we visit Disneyland resort .

  4. It's adequate for things like web surfing, email, online messaging, but it will NOT support video streaming and unlikely to do video conferencing very well. Plus you're charged by the MB, depending on the package you purchase once you're on board. You get a free 50 MB when you board on embarkation day, once that's gone you'll have to purchase a package in order to connect online. Using the Disney Navigator App is free, you can connect it through the WiFi on the ship but it's limited to the app's features only.

Is the 50mb per person or per stateroom?

  5. We took the 3 day Halloween cruise this past Oct. and it was awesome. I'm 71, and my niece is 48. We were just like 2 little kids. :D

They did have a Pirate's Night, trick or treating, and Meet the Princesses. For the MTP's, I reserved my slot online before the cruise, which I highly suggest.

Animator's Palate is dining in the rotation, and don't miss that. It's an eye candy experience. Your cruise card will tell you which night is your rotation night.

As far as photos with the characters, we lined up very early for those. You will get the times in your ship's paper.

This was our first Disney cruise, so I only have that one experience. It was a Make A Wish gift for my niece.

Next year we are taking my Granddaughter, and I cannot wait.

    Patti

Thanks so much for the information I appreciate it.

  6. Planning to do this cruise in late September I know it’s a short cruise traveling with 2 ( three year olds) and wanted to see what it would be like .

    1. Will there be a Pirate Night? Or Halloween

    Costume night ?

    2. Will there be a Princess Meet and Greet?

    3. Will there be animators plate? & what is it?

4, How are the shows handled on the cruise do you have to sign up for them in advance ?

Never sailed Disney before but we are in a concierge family state room if that makes any difference what to expect ?
