  1. $4.50 for a 12 pack of 16.9 oz bottles delivered to your room on embarkation day.
  2. If you have the Carnival Hub app, you can log in to your carnival account. On the home page this is a link to access your cruise documents which will download your boarding pass.
  3. I've used a site icruise dot com for specific information out rooms. You can find out the max occupants per room and type of sleeping arrangements for the extra occupants.
  4. In many cases a journey's cruise will be a re-positioning of the ship from one port to another. I've done 2 of these cruises. One was on the Pride which was a 14 day to move the ship from Tampa to Baltimore. This cruise included a partial transit through the Panama Canal. The second cruise was the Legend for 11 days to move the ship from Vancouver to Sydney via Hawaii. I did the Vancouver to Hawaii portion but not the Hawaii to Sydney portion. As mentioned by others above, Carnival will also do a few extra things during journey cruises.
  5. I also like the aft balconies and have booked them many times in the past. Some pros are the quieter hallways, no wind when sitting on the balcony, tranquility of watching the boat's wake, can almost always see the sunset from your balcony, slightly larger balcony size. Some cons are occasional soot from the smoke stack, no air circulation when the sun is beating down on the balcony and no great views when pulling into ports. I've never been able to snag an aft wrap but would love to stay in one of those if I ever saw one available.
  6. The 8/31 sailing sold out within 30-45 days after opening for bookings. I was able to grab a front facing balcony during the first week.
  7. Joining everyone on this inaugural voyage. My wife and I (both late 40's) are booked in a Premium-View Extended Balcony looking out the front of there ship. We may have both sets of parents join us as they have never experienced Europe and figured this would be a good introduction.
