might be some language mix up here, cordial in the UK is "squash" fruit based concentrate that is alcohol free, we usually dilute it with water or lemonade google "Ribena" and you will get the idea my title should have said Fruit Cordial to avoid the confusion, sorry about that i do know that it's definitely not alcoholic, we give it to our toddlers/ kiddies 🤭

as the title says can i take a bottle of ginger cordial onboard and is it best in my main luggage or carry on luggage

i noticed something in a previous thread about added VAT to drinks can i just check if this is on every drink or just when the ship is docked i'm confused because i have been given the bar tab as a free promotional offer and wondering how they can charge VAT on a item that is free ? we did cruise with NCL on a canaries itinerary and i can remember a lot of talk about this and some passengers were being charged but we didn't as we where in the Haven so drinks where included in our fare again as a free added extra

we're just in a limited view sea terrace as the cruise was booked on a whim with no prior research, we saw a price and said "what the h*ll lets go for it" 😁 but i would be interested in a upgrade price, after all we're only here for a visit

Anyone tried to upgrade room category at check in ? or have any tips on upgrades is it even worth asking ? i know with Disney you can upgrade at the port and other than this we have only sailed in the Haven with NCL so haven't needed to ask

we're on the valiant lady in the med and i'm thinking of drinks prices i usually like to occasional margarita, espresso martini and amaretto sours ? and did i read somewhere that i can take two bottles of wine onboard ?

i see on another post that a person mentions sailing on a very full ship, this is probably the silliest of questions but how do you know/ find out just how full the ship will be 🤔

hey there Valandemmy i'm traveliing the week before you and i've also purchased a romance package, if i can do i will come back and let you know how it all went, we're out of Barcelona on the med cruise i have a boarding time of 2pm but also had my status matched with my DCL Gold Castaway Club not entirely sure what this gets me but it does say expedited boarding 🙂
