I have done a search .....can't find what I am looking for now--but I know I have read the answer before--But I can't remember the answer 🙂 We have purchased the zero proof drink package for an upcoming cruise on the Millennium.( we don't drink alcohol) If we win a Move Up bid do we have access to the Retreat Lounge? I am wondering if I can step into the lounge and grab a Diet Coke on my way to breakfast. In other words, Could I cancel my Zero Proof package?

I see that the Infinity is scheduled for an approximate 2 week dry dock in January 2024. I suspect that is not long enough for any meaningful changes. Does any one have any information?

Do you have any idea what department you talked to at Celebrity. I called the general number and the young lady was extremely confused and did not understand my question.

So we will arrive in Piraeus (Athens) on Feb 10th. The cruise is officially over on the 11th. How early could we get off on the 11th? Or could we leave late on the 10th? Wanting to take a very early flight. Thanks

I am new to RCCL and will be sailing in a couple of weeks. I am wondering if a bathrobe is provided in a junior suite? It is my understanding that the junior suite on this ship doesn’t have any suite perks. Is that correct? Thank you!

I have EMed tests left from our recent NCL cruise. I have been looking all over the Princess web site trying to see if this online monitored test is accepted. Any experience with this company and Princess?

I am booked directly with NCL..... NCL says no Haven cabins available.....The Big box says cabins available. I have put in a bid, just trying to determine which inventory is correct. On the big box site, I did a mock booking up until paying and the category still showed available.

A big box travel booking site is showing Haven cabins still available but NCL website shows unavailable... Our cruise is in 13 days. While I am perfectly happy with the cabin we are in, it would be fun to get a Haven suite. Do we still have a chance?

I was looking at a website that sells cruises 😉 and noticed that specific cabins/categories are available but NCL says they are sold out. I am already booked and paid in full (and will be happy with what I booked) but was just trying to determine chances of my bids being accepted. Any ideas of why the difference? I did a mock booking up until payment and it never said unavailable. Thank you!
