My dad wants to know if there is an ATM on vision. I know there probably is, but told him I'd ask.

What is the fee, usually ?

I tried to tell him he just needs cash on the two ports we visit, but he wants to take the cash out

We want to do a tour of the island with a beach break included.

Would one port be better than the other to do a tour like this ?

My parents have never been on a cruise or any island, we want them to see

more than just the port area, but of course see the beauty of the clear water of the ocean.

We will also have two teens, any suggestions for either island would be great.

We will be going in January, on Vision of the sea.

My teens are interested in doing a dolphin excursion, but us adults aren't.

I would love to be able to take pictures of them, though.

Is there excursions where we can book something like that ? Us adults would like to enjoy the beach, but be able to watch the excursion. Is this a possibility ?

I was able to get my time dining for our cruise in January.

I'm curious, is it necessary to make a reservation for a certain time each day ?

I've heard some cruises the wait can take awhile with no reservations.

Our last cruise, we would wait in line for maybe 15 minutes at the most for a table.

We would be a table of six.

Also, now I know not to put away all my summer clothes this winter.

Departing from Galveston on January 12, 2018, to Cozumel and Costa Maya.

I don't know what kind of clothes to pack.

For dinners and hanging out on the ship, will the weather be warm at sea ?

For dinner, dress pants or capris ?

At the ports, is it usually warm enough to hang out at the beach, and enjoy the ocean ?

Those who have been in January, please let me know your experience with weather, and what to pack.

Thank you all. I like knowing I can get extra keys for us to use for their cabin. Maybe I can put a sticker to know whose key is what room ? I was concerned about no cell service, but realized each cabin has a phone. Duh.

Just booked an interior and OV exterior on the Vision.

My husband and son are on one room, my daughter and I on the other.

But, of course want our 18 year olds to use the interior.

How strict are they with the kids being in the room without an adult ?

Should we let our steward know right away, or is better not to say anything ?

This is the first time booking two rooms for the four of us. TWO BATHROOMS ! :D

I wrap colorful duct tape around the handles of my suitcases. I don't have to search for it and it makes my luggage stand out on the baggage carrousel because of the colored handles.

That's what I did for our luggage, and it is the best idea when you are trying to locate your luggage on the carousel at the airport ! My husband didn't like the bright pink, though! Ha ha.

We were on the Star last week and the Portofino was open on embarkation day. Hardly anyone was in there, I heard everyone was up in the HC. Portofino opens at noon, so definitely go there! We had a very serene and delicious lunch!

Do they try to direct you to the buffet when you embark the ship ? It seems like most people don't know about the dining room lunch.

I definitely want to eat in the dining room for my first meal on board !

Is there a certain time period which Princess offers upgrades ? Like just a few days before sailing ? Just wondering if there is still a chance ..........

And, is there some type of dance ritual, prayer, or saying I should try, to get a balcony upgrade ? ha ha.

Just an idea about nite lights in bathroom.

My kids hang glow sticks in our RV when we camp because it is so dark at night.

The glow sticks are 1.00, and you get five of them in the pack.

You can hang up one in the bathroom each night. Or somewhere in the cabin.

I just may try this in July !

I'm going to bring my own flavored creamer, just like I do with hotel coffee !

I gotta get my caffeine first thing in the morning !

Great pictures. Looked like you and your friends had such a great time. I would LOVE to do a girls cruise with my friends some day.

The funniest part was when you girls all had too much to drink, and stumbled back to the ship. Had me giggling ................. Especially when you friend only had her long t-shirt on, OMG Hilarious.

I bet there was a lot of giggling going on during this trip !

The BEST part was when you ended your trip in WDW. Awesome ! I would so do Disney all by myself and would enjoy it SO much.
