Is there a way to use OBC before you board? Want to book a couple more excursions using my OBC before I board. Is there a way to do it, as the websight keeps asking for a CC.

Does anybody know the Celebrity Air emergency number when calling from Canada. I am anticipating potential problems with a tight connection in Montral. I called Celebrity and was told it was the same as US which I found unusual. Anybody from Canada has a number they use?

I have been trying unsucessfully to get Celebrity to tell me why I can schedule a car pickup at the port to take us to FCO (Rome Airport) The ship is scheduled to arrive in the port at 5:00AM. The previous stop is Naples.I have been told by several reps is the fastest way off is to carry your luggage off. Beyond that the reps (transferred to 5) have been less than useful. One saying I could get off at 6 am, another that I could not get off till 10am and another telling me its a 3 hr drive from port to airport (45-60 minutes). Does anyone have any experience that would allow me to schedule the car. I realize the ship could be delayed but would appreciate the best estimate. We will be carrying our luggage off.

I am having trouble getting results from flights by Celebrity on a airline schedule change. Now within 20 days of departure with no resolution. Have called four times and keep getting the runaround i.e. covid, thats our process, high volume of changes etc. Anybody have a suggestion on how to get results with them?

We are on the Reflection. There are only 2 of us. Do they perhaps multiply the bid by 4 instead of 2?

What am I missing? We currently have a veranda stateroom for the two of us. several other family on cruise so it would be nice to have a gathering point. Move up offer is to a family veranda stateroom for 200-500. seems like a lot more room for a reasonable offer. What am I missing?

What have people sorted out for getting covid testing in Rome on Sunday. Current port requirements say 1 day in advance and our ship is leaving on Monday. There are 9 of us and I would prefer to avoid the on line options in case there are technical issues
