  1. We are in Aquaclass and realised yesterday that there are no binoculars in the room, this isn’t a problem as we brought our own, is it common the ones in the room aren’t always in the room? I don’t want to be charged for them, I didn’t even think to look for them when we arrived. Thank you.

  3. Hello, we will be on Silhouette soon and will have a stop in St Maarten. We have booked an independent excursion which starts at 9am. Is the itinerary given by Celebrity the local time that we dock, it’s 7am to 4pm on the schedule. I don’t want to miss the excursion. Thank you.

  8. Hi. Is cabin 1603 Aquaclass on Silhouette subject to a lot of noise. Is is mid but slightly under the pool deck.
  9. Do people bring small gifts for the stateroom staff. Chocolate or sweets from home. I read about this quite a while ago but I wouldn’t want to do this if it is no longer a thing.

  11. I have been reading another site and a question was asked about the Premium drinks package. Basically, are there enough premium drinks onboard and not a shortage? One person suggested that Celebrity just weren’t purchasing some of the premium products anymore and are cutting back on them so to say. Has anyone here noticed this trend?
  12. We are booked into Aquaclass with All Included. That’s all we have booked.

  14. Hi. 1. Yes we did, the difference was about $9 a day. That was for one person to upgrade. 2. I was told that the person that upgrades can swap between their devices. So I suppose you could swap your devices? .
  15. Thank you both. We are in Aqua class that comes with All Included but have upgraded one person’s Wi-Fi to Premium already. So, if we do move up we would take our All Included with us but that wouldn’t be upgraded to premium Wi-Fi and drinks package automatically. We would get the other benefits that are included with a RS? Have I understood correctly? P.S. New to Celebrity, hence all the questions.

  17. Excuse me butting in but I read that if you bid on a move up and are accepted, you don’t get the perks with the higher grade cabin? Is this true because if you only get a larger cabin and no perks is it worth the extra money? 🤔

  20. Hi, we have basic WiFi included in our cruise and also some OBC, can one person upgrade to premium using our OBC? Can it be done just for one day or does it have to be for the whole cruise? TIA
  21. Hello, we have booked a cruise on Silhouette from Miami next year but the app says Day 1 is from Port Everglades. I have looked at Miami Port schedule and it does have the Silhouette leaving from there. Is this normal and the app just waiting an update? I believe Silhouette is still in Europe at the moment. TIA 😊
