There are a couple of longer sailings on Jewel out of Rome.
Just what I may be looking for since B2B doesn't work for me as well as 8-10 days plus pre-cruise. Any details?

Jewel is alternating between Eastern and Western MED sailings during the summer 2017 season.
Most sailings are
1
Rome (Civitavecchia)
00:00 17:00
2 Cannes, France
3 Ajaccio, Corsica
4 Barcelona
5 Palma de Mallorca
6 Cagliari, Sardinia
7 At Sea
8
Rome (Civitavecchia)
06:00 00:00
Thanks MadFlyer! You are awesome and I appreciate all of the posts!
Was hoping for a longer itineraries (like 2016) so maybe there will be a couple early and late season :)

Serenade seems to sail on a early northern TA from Copenhagen on August 26th 2017 that will head to Oslo and then most likely Scotland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland and would seem to be repositioning for the Canada/NE mini-season from September 2017.
This one sounds interesting! :D

The 12 night itineraries have slight variance. Some are Western Med and others Western and Greece.

Bummer. I hope to see at least one Jewel itinerary that stays in the Western med and picks up Messina and Valletta :)

Nice!
Thanks for sharing :)

Me too! Share please....
Europe takes more planning and itinerary review than Alaska and yet they come out later :(
I am planning on Celebrity but still want to see if RCI has a similar itinerary :)
-
All of the 2017 Alaska sailings loaded for me when I logged in just now.
I'm waiting for Europe :)
-
Really disappointing to see that the Explorer still isn't stopping in Ketchikan....but I guess the itinerary still appeals to some.
-
The one way itinerary on the Radiance is so much better. It includes Ketchikan and Hubbard Glacier and sails inside Vancouver Island (to and from Vancouver) which is more scenic.
You can still utilize Seattle for air if that works better for you since transfers are easy and relatively inexpensive. Choose carefully ;)
-
Really sad news and I am glad I got to Kusadasi and Ephesus in Oct 2014.
Was hoping to get to Istanbul someday but it doesn't look like that will happen :( Better that the cruise lines drop Turkey rather than risk it.....
-
Very nice!
If I catch a good sale next year I will keep and eye on these obstructed view cabins :D
-
I organized a few independent group excursions during our Serenade cruise last year and booked with Ephesus Shuttle for our port stop in Kusadasi. Our guide was great and very detailed so I highly recommend them. They are also very responsive to email and answered all my questions quickly - including the van details for our group of 14.
No matter who you choose make sure you include the terrace houses in your tour!

Have a look here: http://www.ptamsterdam.nl/nl/cruises-portal
Browse up to cruise calendar of May/June 2017, there you see several turnaround calls for Vision otS in 2017, so she MIGHT be an option for GB/Irleland in 2017.
But however, Vision is also reported at Dubrovnik throughout summer 2017, so here's no 100% clarity whether she sails the statndard 7 night route from Venice, or several cruises from Amsterdam and co.
I do not see a cruise calendar.....

My error...the first time offered it didn't include my sail date of March 2017, this offer did include March 2017...so I said including 2017, but you are correct that it is only through April 2017. :)
Yup, unfortunately I missed the $25 deposit for all cruises that my TA had until last Sunday (Jan 31). :(
-
New promotion for 2/4-2/8 is offering $25.00 deposits for all sailings including 2017 bookings and offers an extra OBC on top of the current $300.00. A verandah stateroom is $400.00 OBC.
As far as booking in new promotions if pricing is lowered...it is very common for the promotion to be for new bookings only which makes it much harder to get the new pricing or new promos.
Are you sure? I have only found it applicable for sailings through April 2017....but I am off to check again.

The same department of RCL that releases Celebrity turns to completing RCI deployment. While deployment has been delayed in recent cycles, due to major changes, this season has been pretty easy to predict and all the TA sailings have been booked with ports for months.
These sailings will be put into the TA system at the same time that RCI is entering them into their own system.
They may somewhat hold the schedule that was released last week. TA sailings should be out by Wednesday March 2nd.
Thanks Madflyer,
I saw this information in an earlier post with the opening date scheduled for the week of Feb 29. Just hoping that itineraries would be available for viewing sooner :(
-
Hmmm, I thought they would see them sooner based on the late February release for bookings....
Guess, I have to be more patient
-
When should TA's start seeing the new itineraries for Europe?
I may need extra time to compare them to what Celebrity has already released. :)
-
I had the Harmony booked for October and then decided it was too big for the ports and for some of the reasons you mentioned.
I still prefer the Radiance Class :)

I can't imagine there will be fog on Sun. It is supposed to be 80 degrees!
Warmer air riding above cooler sea water creates the potential for sea fog.
The colder water surface actually acts to cool the air just above it, and a reduction of just a few degrees can take the humid air down to, or close to, the dewpoint. If that happens a sea fog bank forms that transported by the prevailing wind.
We often get sea fog along the west coast of FL from November - March when the sea temps cool down and we get warmer days.

Book the Emerald for Glacier Bay and don't look back :D

LEtue, are you sure there is never a single supplement in studio cabins? Yesterday I did a mock booking of a studio on one of the NCL larger ships, it may have been Epic. It was a 7-day Caribbean in early October. The price I was given was twice the per person rate, which was odd to me because you can only put one person in a studio. This was on the NCL website.

I am not positive about the NCL studios but when I was considering one for Europe they were priced a lot lower than the regular inside cabins. Are you sure that you priced it for one person? I think they will actually book 2 passengers in their studios? I would check it again.
As far RCI and the Harmony of the Seas you can only book a studio as a single and the price is often just a bit lower than the regular inside cabins. On the Radiance for Alaska and the Harmony for a Med sailing - I was shocked at the prices

I was thinking the same thing! I would not have shared the information since it is only helping all of us to get the information sooner
