I have another question when you rolled your luggage down from the Marriott in Sydney. Did you go back to the Marriott and then walk back down to the pier? We will also be staying at the Marriott in January to board this cruise. Also, tipping. Did you tip the porter at the dock? Do they accept American dollars? Is there a money exchange onboard the ship for New Zealand Dollars? We are going on several excursions through TripAdvisor and it does not include gratuities. The first stop in Dunedin is an early excursion and I will probably not get to an ATM or Bank. Thank you. Really enjoying your updates.

We were on the Edge in 2019 and did Italy and Greece! Loved the ship. We are also going to be on the Edge for the Australia/New Zealand Cruise the end of January 2025. Very excited to hear of your adventures on this cruise!

Just got off the Summit. We are Select. We paid $16 for one load of laundry on a 12 day cruise. But onboard.

Will be on the Summit this Friday and also concerned about those high seas! We are on a top floor. My doctor did prescribe some patches. I think I will need it!

My husband and I will be sailing on the Summit next week as it leaves Iceland. We had a guaranteed balcony reserved and got bumped up to the 10th floor forward cabins. Has anyone been in these cabins? My concern is possibly seasickness. I have never been this high up and forward before. Looking forward to this cruise!
