We have booked Amsterdam Shuttle and are having them meet us at the gate. I suppose that would be right out of customs.

We are supposed to share transportation into Amsterdam with another couple and she thought we were on Delta but we are on United. Will it be easy to find each other?

Since there is only a 25 minute difference I would take the later one although on a normal day the early one will not be a problem.

There is usually a big line for taxis but it moves fairly quickly and is less money than Celebrity transfers.

I was originally planning to fly into Brussels and take the train to Amsterdam three days later but changed that ticket in January because I did not feel comfortable that Belgium did a good enough job on the terrorist front and did not want to use train transportation After the Brussels bombings I am even concerned about Amsterdam

I am going because you need to do these trips while you are physically able and we are at the age where that could not be the case before we know it.So age is a factor.

The cruise after the May 26 sailing is A Russia and Scandinavia cruise. The next one that is similiar is not until July and some of the ports are different. The one in August covers Edinburgh Tatoo and adds 2 days..
