OP here. From the trail this post has taken, I’m assuming the sources I noted:

    AzamaraGuestRelations@Azamara.com

Can you, or anyone else on these boards, confirm this is the email currently is use after the transfer/breakaway from RCCL?

What about this one? Any good?:

    customerservice@azamara.com

    This one worked for me a while ago;

    Azamaracustomerservice@Azamara.com

How do you know it "worked?" Did you get a "real" reply from it?

I always thought the address was customerservice@azamara.com (i.e., no "Azamara" to start).

  3. So, these are just my honest thoughts right now due to so many negative posts & complaints under this topic...

I think it best if people stop looking at their online account so frequently! Of course it will change day-to-day while they work out the bugs!

Whether you're sailing in a few months or a few days doesn't matter. Don't worry about final payment being due - Azamara is NOT canceling bookings due to non-payment! Want to check in? Do it at the pier. Want shore excursions? Book 3rd party or wait until you're onboard to book them with OBC or a CC.

Many recent cruisers have said the shore-side/website errors are not showing once they're onboard (i.e., the records are CORRECT on the ships).

If every one here would take a deep breath & leave the shore-side people alone for even one week, they can focus their work on straightening out the website mess.

Most of all, DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF - JUST ENJOY YOUR CRUISE! 😊🚢

Ok, but I really don’t know the breakdown and how much is the 1%. I didn’t even get paperwork on the 2nd cruise. (Trust me, it was almost impossible to even book a future cruise while we were on board. Should have been a sign as to the disaster that was coming.) It is showing up on the website at the total amount before the additional discount, but not broken down between fare and port taxes. My TA is trying to get it sorted, but she can only go by what I say that I was told. Anyway, she can’t get through to anyone anyway and now that it is with an agent, I can’t fight for what I was told. I still have about a month before I need to make final payment so I know some people say don’t stress. But, my reality is that this has gone on too long and I am out of patience. It has nothing to do with people who are on board now saying everything is ok. I know Azamara well and the cruises are perfect, but this mess is not.

Did you not receive an emailed copy of what you booked onboard? That copy will give you the breakdown of charges & you can calculate what portion of the total invoice the loyalty credit is based on (usually just the cruise fare, less the amounts of promos applied). Depending on what level you were at on the 1st leg of your b2b, use that percentage to match up with the lcv credit shown on your "incorrect" invoice, then calculate what it should be at your new level (5%, 6%, etc.). Deduct the difference from the amount showing you owe online (or with your TA).

  5. Question regarding the support form...

I filled it out completely, checked the "I agree" box, then scrolled down to click on the "Submit" button. To my surprise, there wasn't one - only a "Get Help" button! I clicked on that & it took me to a blank page - no confirmation of it being sent or anything!

Has anyone else run into this problem?

I have tried everything. I select the filters I want, but will not display any cruises. Been trying for several weeks but no luck

Click filters, choose what category you want to filter & pick your options.  Scroll back up & click the little arrow on the left side of the category you just completed to go back to the filters categories (NOT the browser's back arrow). Choose another filter category & the option you want. Continue this until you finish the last filter you want. Do NOT click the search button. Instead, just scroll down to see cruises available with the filter(s) applied.

Jeez, looking to find and book a cruise today, website opened up as special offer from 1st June......2nd passenger half price and $750 OBC, sounds good so examined a couple of cruises,but...come to process a booking that  reverts to up to $500 OBC, to quote an across the pond saying, What Gives??

Ran into the same problem trying to look at a possible cruise to book. The "Continue" button stopped working on the # of passengers page!

Is your opinion based on your experience with Azamara before or after Azamara was bought by a private equity firm?

I agree with the newbie who posted their onboard experience. We are seasoned AZ cruisers & I can emphatically state that our onboard experiences - both pre- & post-sale - were exceptional. What happens on the ship is nothing like what's going on in the back offices; they bend over backwards to accommodate any concerns you have or conflicts that need correcting (although, the ship's records are usually correct, despite the inaccuracies that appear when you log into your AZ website account).

Bottom line - do NOT let what's happening with the website transition deter you from your scheduled AZ cruise. Once onboard you'll be glad you went!

Yes, ours is the same - at first glance it looks like only $150, but it says Guest 1,2, so I assume that means $150 each - total $300 which is what it should be. It’s also how it was listed on my original invoice.

Our Feb 2024 cruise also has the same Guest 1,2 $150 OBC listed. However, we booked onboard Mar 15th and it should show the additional "CRUISENOW" OBC of $300, which it does not. However, we do have the emailed booking confirmation with the correct OBC info listed so, at this time, I'm not too worried about it being fixed since we're not sailing in the next 120 days.

We haven’t received it either. Maybe it’s only been sent to US pax.

We are in the US and have NOT (yet) received the aforementioned email. Maybe it was just sent to those sailing in the next 120 days? 🤔

I’ve tried three different browsers on my iPad (Safari, Chrome & Firefox) plus Safari on my iPhone.

Try logging in on a desktop computer. You'll see different info using it over what you see on your iPhone or iPad (both of them use the mobile site, not the full desktop site).

Same here iPad shows correct points but iPhone is showing more at 2550.

Very interesting as I, too, show 2550 AC points (too high) with the tier showing Discoverer Plus (correct) when logged in using my Android phone (i.e., the "mobile" site). However, when I log into my account on my computer (tried 4 different browsers), my AC# is correct, but tier says "preview" and point total is zero!

Another interesting thing I noticed while checking the site in 4 different browsers on my computer (i.e., the "desktop" site) was the deal offered. Three of the 4 browsers offered $750 OBC & 50% off 2nd guest on select 2023 European cruises (same as what shows on the mobile site):

    Screenshot_20230411_075532_Chrome.thumb.jpg.7b8a446f48a11cab5080c9445b0c8cac.jpg

    In the 4th browser (MS Edge) I'm offered $500 OBC & 10% off select sailings July 1 - December 12, 2023!:

    Screenshot_20230411_075420_Chrome.thumb.jpg.ab8727630542c998e74602446e7b5560.jpg

Looks like there's a LOT of work yet to be done, including fixing the differences between what shows up in the mobile site vs. the desktop site. However, our next AZ cruise is not until Feb 2024 (showing in my upcoming cruises with the correct balance due but missing OBC). I'll be patient & not worry until final payment is due. 😉

FYI - I'm based in the US.

In your case, click on the year in the upper-left corner. You'll get to quickly roll through the years. This method was mentioned here several pages ago (with the following picture).

All I got was a box for birthdate, no left or right options.  So I had to click all the way back to 1945.  This is an absolute joy with arthritis in my fingers.  I am beginning to hate this incompetent company.

Click in the birthday box, then click the year at the top (2023). A new window will open where you can quickly scroll to your birth year. Then just scroll forward or backwards to your birth month & choose the day.

    Not in the UK.

Since it just now showed up on the US site, maybe they've just not applied it to the international sites yet? Here's hoping ALL will get this offer (though the 40% off all guests was a better deal than 50% off the 2nd guest).

For those of you who can view your loyalty level and points, does it automatically show or do you have to click on some area of the website?

Click on the circled "i" next to your Azamara Circle #. I've partially covered my number in the picture below, which shows where to click...

Before migration, I had planned to book 2 fall Azamara cruises while onboard this month- no longer- found two Celebrity cruises during that time period- seems like a lot less pre-cruise frustration.

The booking system works onboard, so go ahead & get your "Cruise Now" bonuses for fall cruises. Be sure to have them email (& print) you copies of anything booked so it shows your Loyalty status, price, & OBC. The booking will ultimately show up under your "Upcoming Cruises" but may have errors (Loyalty status, missing OBC, etc.). We did that last month & although it’s showing up online, there are errors. I'm not concerned at this early date as I'm sure all the website issues will be resolved within the next few months. Just take a breath and go with the flow for now.

Our cruise is on April 15th out of Athens. I couldn't log in and re-created my account as suggested above. The cruise is now showing up but we are listed as Adventurer level with zero days onboard.  I tried calling but got the automated message that states that the lines are closed until tomorrow because Azamara is serving customer with cruises within the next 30 days.  Ours is 12 days away.  Couldn't leave a message about the loyalty level issue.  We checked-in online and chose our preferred boarding time before the data migration mess but that is not reflected on the account.

This is all minor compared to last week when our travel agent (NOT the one we usually use) called because Azamara was allegedly cancelling our cruise due to a $718.20 debt.  For a cruise paid in full in January.  That was unnerving.  The amount owed were excursions, one "paid" with our $300 OBC and $418.20 from two additional excursions booked online with Azamara -- fortunately I kept the receipts.  The "debt" was sorted out but this situation shouldn't have happened.  For the first time in a long time, I'm taking paper copies of all receipts with me in case it's an issue onboard.

Previous posters stated all was correct once onboard for their cruise, so you most likely won't have any issues. Take your paper copies of the booking receipt & paid SE receipts for backup, just in case something isn't right once you check in.

It’s supposed to represent well traveled luggage although it’s only a covering for the original ceiling, currently onboard Onward tonight is White Night and the Atlas Bar is extremely busy must be a good revenue source for Azamara. Our favourite bar would love to see it on all the ships.

IMO, there are plenty of bars onboard the AZ ships without the need to add yet another one (within a cramped area, I might add). Also, drinks served in the Atlas Bar are available for purchase at ANY onboard bar!

We were on the Onward recently (Caribbean Holiday Cruise). I agree with Riocca that the ceiling looks hideous! Not sure what they painted over, but I'll bet it was better than what they have now!

That being said, I certainly hope they do NOT change the existing function & decor of the Drawing Room on the Journey!!! It's been a quiet place to go & we love it as is.

PS: one other item of interest from the zoom meeting was that, eventually all the ships will have the library’s converted to the Atlas Bar. It has been very successful.

While on the Journey last month, we were told that converting the Drawing Room (a.k.a., library) to the Atlas Bar has been nixed! Many passengers cheered knowing they'll still have a quiet place to go & the beautiful painted ceiling will remain.

Our points and loyalty level are shown in two different places. The first is when you first go into your account - this is correct for loyalty level and possibly a bit generous for points.

We have the correct loyalty level showing with points too high also (but I'm not complaining, LOL).

Future cruise booked on March 15th while onboard the Journey is showing, but the invoice amount & OBC are incorrect (plus it doesn't reflect the deposit we made). Not worried about it right now, though, as we have have the paperwork & confirmation email with the correct amounts, plus the cruise is 10 months away (Feb 2024).

Just trying to confirm what the plans are for the upcoming cruise Mar 04, 2023. Also, that country was not mentioned in the email we received this past January (shows a 2022 date but it was received January 13, 2023).
