Haven't sailed Carnival and not sure we ever will but NCL Breakaway's sail away from NY was one I'll never forget. The Getaway from Miami was pretty spectacular as well.

I hope you are going to do some type of review as I would like to read what you thought. We've been on both RCL and NCL and are very excited for our May cruise on the Seascape. We found a lot of things we like about each cruiseline but so far NCL is our favorite. We do seem to have a great time no matter what vacation we take so not too worried.

I agree with everything in this post. We always pick a angled balcony and love being close to the buffet, stairs and elevators.

I can understand this as the food definitely tastes different when people aren't dressed properly at your table (note sarcasm).
