If she reads her ticket/contract, it usually shows. She will see that it says Platinum. She will be Platinum from day 1.
Thats the thing, I've looked at her documents and it doesn't say anything about her being platinum.
-
yes
she said "yes what?"

My mom is nervous, she doesn't believe me that the fact shes turning platinum on this cruise means shes platinum for the whole cruise. can any of you that have been through this reassure her please.

Don't think there was a question here. Thanks for your newbie clarification.

Want to clarify, Bottomless Bubbles is the soda drink package. Cheers is the alcohol drink package.

We do cheers because it changes our mind set. We don't, like you said, have to track and make sure we don't get crazy. Also there are many times I've gotten drinks I didn't like, and because I know I didn't just spend ten bucks on it, I didn't feel the obligation to finish it.
There are days where I had maybe two or three drinks, so it didn't pay for the package. However, we've had days where I got really close to the daily limit. Just depends on what's going on.
You just need to ask yourself, if you didn't have to worry about cost, could you average 5 drinks a day?

Hey yall,
I searched the forum for this topic, but the only I could find was from 2012. Wanting to know if there any updated information regarding the VIP process in Galveston.
This will be my mothers first time as a platinum, and she's interested/concerned about the process. She has a hard time with any kind of security process, I literally have to take all her stuff from her when we go through security at the airport otherwise I have a frantic emotional mother to deal with! lol
Also any information about the lounge will be appreciated.

Hello
My mom and I are booked on the breeze in may and are looking forward to finally being able to experiance the Thalassotherapy pool. We usually do spa rooms and have access the the thermal suites and all, but this time we got a decent deal on a aft balcony.
So heres my question (for those of who who skim)
Online they offer a one person 7 pass for $119 or a "couples) for $199.
Now, does couple mean "couple" or is it just a couple of people?
$40 makes a difference at the bar! lol
Thanks in advance!

Looking at the weather in Cozumel for our September cruise. Looks like it's going to rain most of the day, and we booked passion island. What's carnivals policy on canceling excursions? Can we wait till day of, to see what the weather will actually be like?

She's visiting the lost city of Atlantis!
-
My mom will be 60 in December and in 18 days she we will be going on her 15th carnival cruise.
We like it because there is a place for everyone. I'm 27, and I go from wanting the "wild party" time to the quite secluded reading time.
-
Wrong place friend. You need to go to roll calls
-
You don't "need" one to cruise. However, if the worst happens and you need to fly back, your gonna have a hard time getting back into the country.
-
We did Atlantis this past January and it was comfortable! It was overcast and still the water was warm!
-
Typically excursions end well before the departure time.

Magic is already in Port Canaveral, and has been for a few months.
I was just looking at the next available on the website to help and provide information. Not sure why people are being so snarky tonight..
-
Port Canaveral is not in Orlando.
What is your idea of small?
Magic, Breeze, Vista, Glory, Splendor, Conquest, etc.
You knew what I meant.

Yes there are a ton of galveston hotels who do the park n cruise, some have a shuttle they manage that takes you to the ship. others have a third party that uses them as a stop. all you have to do is call.
one on the top of my head is double tree by hilton. but i know there are a ton others.
