    We're28 days out and we did get an email a couple of days ago saying we could check-in, but no PDF. Logging in to our accounts on the website shows that we can view and print ours, but they can't. Worse case, I'll print a couple extra of ours and give to them. They're cabin is next door to ours, so they'll just have to come to our cabin to get they're luggage.😆

  2. My wife and I have completed the online check-in and are able to view our boarding passes as well as printing the documents and luggage tags. Our friends have also checked in and can view their boarding passes. But the area to click on for the docs and luggage tags is greyed out. Can't print the tags. Any ideas?

    It has been made quite simple using the app - much of the information is known from your booking.  We rarely do a photo at home, enter passport data and verify credit card info then select our entry time.  At the port they take the photo without any problem.  Have a great time.

    Thanks. It's been a few years since we've sailed and I wasn't sure. We'll be with a group of 6 and the other 4 have never sailed before. This is our 11th. Just making sure I have all the info to pass on to them.

    Passport is really all you would need.  They already have your booking information.  You'll basically be answering questions, such as the Healthcare Screening and your requested Arrival Time at the terminal (please note, this will NOT be the time your cabin will be ready or even when you'll be allowed on the ship, this is simply the time you'll arrive at the terminal). 

     

    You'll be asked to upload your passport information and take your boarding photo as well, this will help the Embarkation process run smoothly at all ports.  The information you provide will be given to the authorities at the port to assist with the Customs process.  

     

    You don't have to do the entire check-in process in one sitting, you can come back later and finish it if needed.  I usually get the Arrival Time first and then go back and do the rest later.

  5. For our cruise in September, we are currently set up for the early dining time of 6:00. I'd like to change that to the anytime dining. Can I do this on the website or Celebrity app? Or do I need to go through our TA?

  6. A friend and I would like to book a cruise for September knowing that the final payment would be due in June. What happens if my friend would have to cancel the month before, August, for a medical reason? I know she might get some of her money refunded, but do I then have the cabin to myself? Hoping it doesn't have to come to this, but just looking at what might happen.

    Yes.  You can view the muster video in the app the day of boarding or on the TV in your cabin once on the ship.

    After viewing the video you report to you muster station where you check in.  The ship will not sail until everyone has checked in at their muster station.

    No confirmation number, but our account on the Celebrity website shows the dates, times and flight number. Maybe get the confirmation number when we make the final payment?

    Today when I tried booking a test through CVS it asks a set of questions and said based on my answers I don’t qualify for a free test and it will be $139 per person. I can’t book Walgreens out as far, so I’m curious if they are changing their policy as well. I saw a news article saying the free tests will be ending, but I didn’t see a specific date. It said free vaccines are ending by 4/5. 
     

    I was planning on using the eMed tests, but I wanted to schedule a backup in case something doesn’t work for my family. 

    Say 'Yes' to the first question, then 'No' to the next 3.  Should show that it's free then.
