I don't know if this is good or bad news for you, but I was in the app a few minutes ago looking at excursions and noticed that the zip line is no longer offered. I then checked online, with the same result. Dragon's Splash Waterslide and Dragon's Tail Coaster are still there.
As it's a family cruise with several members interested in the zip line, we'll be checking regularly on availability.
This is absolutely hilarious. Because of your post, I rechecked both of ours. And now (drum roll please) both cruises show the zip line. Go figure.

We were on Oasis in Jan 2023, and the Labadee excursuions were not published until Oct-Nov. I would recommend to wait until Black Friday sale.
Thank you. It was interesting to see the comment above about it available for their February cruise, but not available for our cruises in January and March.
-
Thank you. Hopefully they show up soon.

We have cruises booked for January and March of 2024. Both will have a stop at Labadee. In researching excursions we noticed that neither cruise lists the Zip Line. Is there any maintenance going on next spring. Will the zip line still be running. The family is bummed about this. 😀

The $50 additional person option is not available on the Waterpark cabanas because the cost of the waterpark entrance alone is more than that. You'll need to purchase the cabana (which gets you 6 wristbands),and purchase the stand-alone water park pass for the 7th(which gets you the 7th wristband)
Thank you. It was worth a try! 😀

Everyone in the waterpark area will need a wristband. So, you'll need to purchase the 7th one. Some cabanas on CocoCay allow you to purchase up to 2 additional people for $50 each, but this does not show up as an option on the waterpark cabanas.
As far as having 7 in your cabana - technically not allowed, but if it was me, I would not worry about it because of 2 things:
1. with 3 kids, they will almost never be at the cabana
2. Since you'll need to purchase another pass for the 7th person, they have paid for access to the area.
This sounds great. Who can I contact to get the $50 additional passes. As you said, we a kids who will never be there.

We sail in 2 weeks. What show is onboard?

This will work very good for us. We purchase the Refreshment package for our coffee/juice/soda and all. The vouchers can be used alcoholic beverages.
I have seen discussions in other threads about this. They have the Refreshment package, order a coffee only to find a voucher was used. I don’t get a voucher for the package and I will mail for late night drinks.
As others have said, wait to see how it plays out.

I have used an ECV on Indy. I could also walk short distances. I do not believe she will have any problems on the ship. Coco Cay has paved paths. My biggest areas of concern were the dining areas and Scooner bar. The staff in both the Windjammer and the main dining room were fantastic.

Once off the ship, the pedestrians and the tram use the same walkway. It is paved. I don’t know about the paths in Coco Beach Club.

There was a piano player that went by Steve ‘Beatles’. He had the Schooner Bar packed and singing loud.

Everyone keeps talking about CDC suggestions/recommendations. That’s all fine. It what happens after the first outbreak on a ship. The news media would be all over it. Public opinion goes viral against cruising and things go back to square one. The ships are full. People are complaining but following the rules. How many topics on here talked about lying on the health questionnaire. That would return in a minute. I, for one, am okay with the current procedures. Just my 2 cents.

Trying to determine what I am missing. I was told that our luggage tags and edicts are ready on the app. I opened the app and I can view the Set Sail Pass, but there isn’t anything for the tags or docs. Just out of curiosity, I went to the Royal website and I can view them there. Where do I view these within the app? Thank you.

Spent time with Royal customer service. The issue is quite simple. Radiance of the Seas is not supported on the Royal app at this time. Thank you all.

My advice is to delete app, restart phone and reinstall app
Thank you. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I guess I’m going to have to spend some time with Royal tech support later. That should be fun. 😇

Good morning. We have 2 upcoming cruises. August and November. Both were booked over a month ago. The issue is if I sign in to the website, both cruises show. If I go in to the Royal app, only the November cruise appears. Anyone else having issues like this?
-
Thank you both. Chi guy. Is that Chicago? Park Forest here.

Planning for an upcoming cruise we were able to grab the Refreshment Package at a great price. Recently we were reminded that this cruise will be our first as Diamond status. With Diamond status, I believe you have 3 drinks loaded to your Seapass. If I order a coffee or a coke, does that automatically use one of the status drinks? Do I need to tell them it's part of the Refreshment Package? I would hate to have a few cokes in the and then have to pay for the evening cocktails. Has anyone used both options? Thank you.

I have submitted a bid for the first time. I got a second email from Royal and when I looked at the options, the bid I placed was not there. How do I see the status of placed bids.
I did resubmit the bid, but it never asked for credit card info.

You are correct Joseph. If this was a pyramid scheme, it would be illegal to ask “Do you want fries with that”. Up sells happen every where.

I have seen many posts talking about seeing your OBC in the Cruise Planner. I have OBC from our travel agent. I see it listed on the invoice, but cannot see it in the the planner. Where can I see this in the planner? Or is this something that won’t show up until we are onboard? Thanks everyone.

I guess you were right. I talked about this with my wife last night. Went in this morning and it’s gone again for both cruises.
