  1. Per the MSC website under Cruise with Confidence, if you test positive within 14 days prior to or during your cruise, you and your party will receive a refund or partial refund, and assistance with onboard medical care and land-based quarantine. Does anyone have experience with what this assistance with land-based quarantine is if you contract COVID during the cruise? I know Royal Caribbean has a dollar amount for lodging and meals they reimburse until you can fly home. My questions are specifically for returning from Europe to the US after a Greek Isles cruise.
  2. I actually just found it on MSC's website. Checkin still Venice Passenger Terminal, with transfers to Marghera.
  3. I actually just Googled and found my answer. EMBARKATION PROCEDURE VALID FOR CRUISES FROM VENICE All Health and Safety and embarkation procedures, including luggage drop-off and meet & greet, will be held in Venice Maritime Station (Venice Passenger Terminal). All embarking Guests will then be transferred to Venice Marghera, where they will board the ship after a quick document check. For safety and operational reasons, it will not be possible to perform a pre-embarkation procedure in Venice Marghera. Guests showing up in Venice Marghera on their own will be asked to go to Venice Maritime Station (Venice Passenger Terminal) for the check-in operations and might risk being late for embarkation.
  4. Does anyone have recent experience on whether the checkin is happing at Port Marghera or back in Venice with shuttles to port?
  5. We're boarding MSC Armonia in Marghera. Can anyone tell me how easy it is to get there on public transportation? Based on this thread, there is tent set up for checkin. We'll be arriving from a hotel in Mestre and also going to a different hotel in Mestre upon return
  6. This is my first time cancelling and getting a FCC. My PVP said they take about 45 days. My question is do they just notify you by email, or can you see them in your RCCL website account?
  7. Is there any fee for these transfers of FCCs to different people?
  8. I just cancelled a cruise this week under CWC. My FCC may not be issued for 45 days. Will it have an expiration?
  9. Luckily the wait wasn't long and she spent a good amount of time with me.
  10. Luckily the hold times weren't bad at all. Unfortunately she was unable to get DH's Shipboard Credit applied. She advised me to call back tomorrow.
  11. I've been dialing both 833-691-2753 and877-665-4655 and my vacation planner's number all morning and only get a busy signal. Is there a better number to call or is anyone else having this issue? I booked online last night but need to add my husband's Voyager Club number which can't be input online.
  12. It's clearly stated on the RCI Health and Safety section of the website. Yes, to be considered "up to date" depending on port of origination, boosters are required. That doesn't mean they are required to sail.
  13. This has been in place for 18 months. How could you not know this requirement for air travel into the US? Hopefully they drop it very soon. It's making me hesitant to go abroad.
