Does anyone have the most recent daily schedules for the Joy?  We are sailing on July 30th and would love to have the schedules to help us make plans for dining and entertainment in advance.  Thank you.

Can you still book the main shows when you get on board? Do they save a number of the seat reservations for when people board? We booked the July 30th cruise recently and there are limited reservations available.  Thank you.

My wife and I are both teachers and are also on the June 18th cruise. We are in the YC for the July 9th sailing but signed up at the last minute for this cruise to just relax after school finishes on June 16th.  We are also celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.   It's hard to believe that was 30 years ago.  Enjoy your wedding.

It just seems like the low to mid upgrade bid requirements would cost just as much as it would be for us to book the Yacht club balcony suite at the regular price.

Does MSC ever offer a free upgrade to you from an interior Yacht club to a Balcony Suite YC if they don't sell all the suites?  It seems like the cost to bid on the upgrade program is just as much as if you just paid for the YC suite.  95% of the YC balcony suites are still available for our Meraviglia July cruise.

If you don't use all of your On Board Credit will MSC refund you the money at customer service at the end of your cruise?  

We are new to Msc and will be sailing on the Meraviglia in July.  Does Msc offer the option to purchase a specialty dining package (3 meals)?  We can't seem to find anything about this option. We are sailing in the Yayht club.  Thank you.

We are booked on the MSC Meraviglia for the July 9th 2023 cruise out of New York.   I have tried to find where to indicate that I want to receive promotions and possible upgrade offers. Would I receive an upgrade offer now for a cruise that is in July or does MSC wait until closer to the sail date to send out upgrade offers.  We have an interior Yayht club room and I am hoping to get a chance to bid on the numerous balcony and suite Yayht club rooms that are still available on our cruise.   My wife and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary on this cruise.  

My wife and I were on the Dec 23rd to Dec 31st Christmas cruise on the Getaway.   We were very fortunate to have a Haven Suite for the very 1st time as well as access to the thermal spa.  We loved the Haven and spa areas as it allowed us a quiet area to relax and enjoy our time off from work.  Unfortunately the NCL Getaway is not a ship that should be cruising from New York in the winter.  A majority of the venues on the ship are outdoors and could not be used on this cruise due to cold and poor weather.  (Spice H2O, Pool deck, watersides, rope course, Waterfront, Vibe, Haven courtyard) The Getaway also does not even have a decent size Bliss lounge like other ships for larger groups to gather for events or an Observation Lounge like the Bliss or Joy ships have.  Because of this the ship seemed even more crowded then a normal full capacity Xmas cruise ( we have been on 4 or 5 holiday cruises over the past 7 years)  What made it even more frustrating was that the Syd Norman bands that we were looking forward to attending inside were canceled and replaced by karaoke.  I also don't believe NCL needs to have the main shows in the thearter run for 2 consecutive nights.  We would rather have a variety of shows each night.  We love NCL but better decisions need to be made by the company to give passengers a quality winter cruise experience out of NY.

For anyone who has been in the Haven sailing out of NYC is there a separate Haven line to get through security? If so are you directed by staff or do you just need to know where to go.  Thank you.

Is Ncl still requiring everyone to be fully vaccinated on their upcoming cruises through Dec 31st?  We just received a letter from Ncl today stating that vaccinations are still required on our Dec 23rd cruise.

Has anyone sailed on the Getaway in the Haven recently?   If so how was your experience with the Haven Bar, restaurant Butler service etc.   We are sailing in the Haven for the 1st time this Xmas out of Nyc.

We are sailing on the Getaway Nyc for xmas and are staying in the Haven for the very 1st time.  Will NCL offer us to eat for free on embarkation day at the American Diner as well as the Haven Restaurant?  Thank you.

If you call your TA they will call NCL for you and keep you on the line.  I just upgraded to a Haven for our Xmas cruise last week doing that.  They just tell you how much more it will cost to upgrade and you decide if you want to do it.

I was wondering if NCL decorates the Haven I any special ways for Christmas cruises?  Does anyone have pictures?
