Does anyone have any information re -current stars/celebrities entertaining us on Arcadia, will be on first leg of world cruise.

Spoke to nice lady at P and O she said its a special promotion from 23rd Dec till 28th Feb so does not apply to existing bookings! She suggested I email customer services. Will do and feed back

Booked caribbean cruise for 2014 for 3 couples one couple celebrating 50 yrs wed, accepted possible price reductions will occur but wanted to book early and select cabins. Vantage price included £70 obc.

New select price is the same as Vantage was but now extra obc if booked by 28th Feb which we did of course but not since select price. I will ring my TA and P and O not expecting any increase. But it's 'here we go again' with pricing sagas and can't help but feel a bit peeved.

As I did all the booking for our group just would love to get a little more for them.

We are on same cruise 31st Oct 2014. No change in price so email says no obc. Was happy to book early as there are 6 of us. One couple celebrating Golden Wedding Anniversary. Happy we have cabins next to each other and plenty to look forward to.

just received an email telling me that my October 2014 cruise price has dropped so have been "given" another £200 onboard credit :)

We are booked on caribben cruise next Oct but email says price has not dropped so no obc for us. When are you sailing? We go 31st Oct on Azura :confused:

Its not an upgrade when you are given what you paid for. If you had'nt checked and drawn attention to it you would not have had what you paid for. We give in too easily to poor customer service and thats why standards become unacceptable.

I choose not to use the word "complain" as it sounds a bit moany, drawing their attention to an issue has a less negative conotation. Have a great cruise. :)

Did a Chrustmas cruise last year on Azura. It was lovely ship beautifully decorated. Lovely atmosphere. Captain led a christmas carol service in the morning. Christmas dinner was in the evening. All waiters wearing festive hats. Christmas eve Santa could be seen on the funnel.

Thoroughly enjoyed it . Hope you will too

Hope I'm not repeating myself but Arcadia going to have refit in Dec and we are sailing Jan. Does'nt seem much time given the planned work.

Sure it will be ok tho. Just wondered if any one has any thoughts or info on this.
