On our last Princess cruise, we had a lot of on-board credit, both refundable and nonrefundable. Since we knew that we would never use all the nonrefundable credit we went down to guest services and transferred most of it to the crew appreciation account.

I suspect that the only valid exemption is from their doctor (not the cruise line), which they should probably obtain before they book.

We were also on this cruise but it seemed all the better entertainment was in the smaller venues which became way to crowed. Did not go to any, dislike SRO crowds.

We were on from Dec 4 to Dec 18 and spent every evening from 5:15 to 6:30 in the Ocean Bar and only once did a piano player entertain us and there was no other entertainment. I also would like to know why all of the entertainment (band and the comedian) were in the smaller venues (limited capacity) as apposed to on the the main stage. Just got our third star but probably will not go back on HA.

On our cruise on the Enchanted in September the Chairman of the board was on the menu but it used a different gin. We requested Bombay Sapphire gin instead and everything was fine. Why they re-formulated it I have no idea.

If you already have the top Verandah cabin (category V). Will they move you to the next category (Signature Suite) if you purchase Club Orange?

Are you allowed to take a reservation from a TA without their permission?

Don't get me wrong, we love Celebrity (900+ points) but Princess is better for us now because they do 14 and 14+ day cruise out of the USA. Celebrity has no round trip 14 or 14+ day cruises out of the USA any longer, you must start or end in another country. We also sail Holland America for the same reason. Celebrity may have found a family friendly niche in 10 & 11 days cruise but not with us.

Just got off the Enchanted on Saturday and do not believe there is any way to open the stateroom door without the medallion. I saw no place/no where to use a non electronic devise to open the door.

Will I see anywhere on my reservation (online) that I have received my stockholder benefit that I requested? They have acknowledged they received my request.

Is there a way to find out how many different people are in your roll call? I am in a roll call with 1567 comments but many are by the same people.

My premier is now plus. However my concern is does this also bring about new pricing for things like Bombay Sapphire Gin and Grey Goose Vodka and now put them above the $12 limit and into the premium category?

Does anyone know if you can still get the historical "Chairman of the Board" martini with the "Plus Plan" or is going to cost extra?

They have a job to do and get paid well for it considering the value of their earnings to their home country. They should do their job well, this is a service industry and if they can't or won't do their job efficiently they they need to leave their job to someone who will do it conscientiously.
Do you think that checking each drawer in each room or vacuuming every carpet on turn around day is in their job description? My guess is they are required to change linens and towels, vacuum if necessary, disinfect all surfaces and clean the bathrooms, all within a very limited amount of time.

Majestic Taxis and Chauffeur Cars. We’re paying £130 total for two passengers and our luggage in a Mercedes.
Thank you!

We’ve arranged for a car service to pick us up at LHR going to our Southampton hotel. To be honest, the price is not that much higher than the ship transfer and it’s private (2 passengers) and comfortable. You are greeted in the terminal by the driver holding a sign. The car company monitors your flight so they can adjust pick up times. No waiting to pick up other passengers. They will drive you directly to the terminal should you arrive on embarkation day. Just giving you options.
Would you naming the service you are using?

Has Princess announced whether they are offering transfers from London airports (specifically Heathrow) to Southampton on embarkation days?

Chairman of the Board straight up with a twist of lemon

Last cruise was December 2019. It was the ship's christening and Caribbean cruise on the Sky Princess.

I have to ask. On the third day did they simply turn off the free drinks or did they ask you to pay for the drinks you consumed during day one and day two? If it was they turned off the drinks package and nothing else you ended up with two days of free drinks, why do you need an apology?

Another recommendation for Bob' Limo. Whenever we are in Rome we use them for all transportation needs.

Sorry for being ignorant, but would someone explain what CVP and DMW are abbreviations for?
