I don't have a cell phone and my wife has trouble using hers. It's much easier for us to print out everything. I worked in accounting for over 30 years and dealt with auditors for all of that time. They wanted to see "hard copy" all the time. It's something i got used to.

We booked a direct flight from Boston to Amsterdam through Flight Ease at a very good price on Delta/KLM. The day before we left I printed out Delta boarding passes. Two hours before our driver picked us up I checked email on last time. I was surprised to have two emails asking me to print boarding passes for Swiss Air. I found out shortly after that our Delta flight had been cancelled. HAL must have made the change to Swiss Air for me because I didn't do it. All this was done at the original price. For international flights I will continue to us Flight Ease for piece of mind.

I have cruises booked for Mar, Jun and Oct of this year and Mar of next year. I just cruised in Oct of 23, I received dicounts on all of thrm. Now they are not showing up, I didn't spend as much time in the casino on the last couple of cruises and was wondering if that might be part of the reason.

The last 6 or 7 years I have received a discount of between 10-25% on most cruises I have booked, The first time I got one I asked why, and I was told I was in a casino group. This worked great until now. I have done mock bookings the last 2 months on both HAL and my TA's websites and the discounts have disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

We have done this cruise many times and we are doing it again in June. We get on the day you get off. Every time we did it the formal nights were days 2 and 6. On the first leg formal nights will be Bar Harbor and Sea Day. On the second leg they will be Quebec and Halifax. That has been the schedule we have always had. We do B2B all the time.

I don;t own a cell phone. I do have an HP laptop. Is there any method at all that will work with a laptop? I have a cruise in March. Originally I had a different cruise in March that I had the OBC approved for but I transferred that booking to a different cruise. Different booking number so I don't think the OBC transferred. Short of having to buy a cell phone and pay the monthly costs associated with it, what can I do? From what I am reading a cell phone is now mandatory, not what I want to hear.

I have Firefox on one computer and Edge on the other and neither one seems to work.

I go to the first page and try to plan a cruise. I click on find cruise and get a blank page with a small blue spinning circle. I have let it spin for up to 3 minutes and nothing else happens, so I back out. It also happens when i click on my account. Is anyone else getting the same results? I have two computers with different search engines and it happens on both.

Found out why. Restricted fares must be paid at flight booking. Flexible fares are paid with final payment. I must have chosen flexible in the past. Flexible fares are not available for the flights I want.

I started the process again, chose flights, picked seats, confirmed passanger information. The last screen wanted my credit card info so it looked like I would have to pay right away. I stopped there, I will call on Manday and see what's going on. I have not paid the cruise in full yet, My final payment isn;t due until December.

Did flight ease change the method of payment? Last year I booked a flight from USA to Amsterdam and paid with final payment. Last month I booked a flights for a Panama Canal cruise and had to pay the same day I booked. It was only a couple of days before final payment was due so I didn't think much about it. Today I looked at flights for a cruise in March 2024 and it looked like I might have to pay immediately, not with final payment, I didn't complete the booking of the flights for that reason. Has this happened to anyone else?

When can I book? I live near Boston so this sounds ideal.

I had a very good experience in October for the Anniversary cruise on the Rotterdam from Rotterdam. I booked the flight through Flight Ease shortly after booking the cruise at least six months before final payment. The flight was a non-stop from Boston to Amsterdam for less than $400 on Delta/KLM. As time went on I checked the prices for the flight and they only went up. I paid the original price with final payment. The online price was over $1000. There was no charge for baggage. The night before we left for the airport I printed the boarding passes and thought I was all set. Two hours before our driver came I decided to check email one last time before vacation. To my surprise I had an email from Swiss Air about boarding passes. Delta had cancelled my original flight. To this day I don't know if it was Delta or Holland who made the change to Swiss Air but it saved me alot of aggravation at the airport. Also the original price I paid with final payment was honored. The only worry I had was luggage. I wanted the non-stop to decrease the possibility of lost luggage. I had heard Amsterdam airport was notorious for lost luggage. Swiss air had a stop in Switzerland that I had not anticipated. It all worked out fine. It seems to work better for international flights versus domestic flights. I like that you can choose the flight you want. In our case we went in two days early and it worked great.

I called HAL late today and the person I talked to was able to email the boarding passes and luggage tags to me. One less thing to worry about.
