Hi everyone, we will be on our first Seabourn cruise this July, family of four with two separate bookings. Can anyone refer us please?
PM me and many thanks in advance.

Re the Pursuit visit, I thought the ship looked fantastic. It is understated and elegant. Richard Twynam was an excellent host. The food was superb and the staff so friendly and efficient. Really looking forward to embarking tomorrow!
-
AllisonJames, I'm sure your photos will be keenly awaited. Photographs from the Maiden Voyage will be very interesting and different. Bon voyage!
-
Thanks for your reply. Today's visit must be slightly different to the LCV visit on 31st as it includes lunch, which I believe is in Aqualina. Hope it's not just pastries!
-
Quick question. How was the food?
-
Looking forward to hearing all about it.
-
:oThey might have forgotten them and gone back to collect as it seems the Pursuit is now back in Belfast!
-
There are some lovely photos on the Pursuit Twitter feed of the finished ship. Getting quite excited now!

Have a great time Host Grandma. Look forward to hearing all about it!

Cinnamon just wanted to say I am really enjoying reading your reviews and appreciate your taking the time out of your cruise to write them!
-
It's certainly not your bog-standard thread!
-
Zoey, you must be flushed with success having come up with that one!
-
I'm 'relieved' Lou's loos have arrived on the Pursuit! See Twitter - sorry can't post link.

Riocca has taken time out of his holiday to keep everyone updated and as a result this has resulted in official clarification of the current position. That is to be applauded. Keep up the good work and keep posting for the benefit of us all!

Thank you for your speedy reply uktog. We are on the Pursuit's maiden voyage. There are only two official sea days. On day three we do not arrive in Oslo until 7pm so hopefully they will consider that to be a sea day! My other thought is that as it is a maiden voyage they will not have sorted something like that out quite so soon.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that such things exist on Azamara cruises. Does anyone know whether this is the case? If so, is it just on certain cruises? Many thanks in advance of your being able to assist.

AllisonJames, thanks for your suggestions but Bonnie has just confirmed the departure time for leaving Flam has changed to 17.30 so shouldn’t be a problem with our changed excursion timings. Will post on our roll call.
-
Bonnie, that’s great news! Thanks ever so much for helping and I look forward to getting confirmation from the shore excursion team when the timings are confirmed. Like I said “the legendary Azamara customer service “ stepped in!

Thank you all for your helpful responses. The trip is by train up and back down Shopperfiend. I am wondering if it has proved so popular that they have put on a second tour which will necessitate a later departure of the ship. I am surprised that it is taking so long to confirm that, however, as I assume the later ship departure would have been decided before the timing of the tour was changed. Uktog: not sure I would fancy going down the mountain on a tuk tuk!

Thank you Bonnie for you response and assistance. My worry is that it will result in a cancellation. For us this tour was a highlight of the trip.

Sorry to hear that lizboyle. It doesn't fill me with confidence.
-
Thank you Host Grandma for your reply. It’s been six days since they contacted us. Will give them a few more days and then take you advice.

Should have made clear excursion is through Azamara.
