You betcha (in my Minnesota accent). Let me know when and where and I'll confirm it with my blushing bride. Cheers.
That's "ya sure, you betcha"

Mysty--did you choose the right clothes to bring along? Are you so sick of them now that you'll trash them when you get home? Inquiring minds.😜

UKJeff,
Well, since you asked, here is todays output. Equal amounts unbleached bread flour & whole wheat, milk, honey, oil, salt & yeast. 5 minutes with the dough hook in the mixer, total rise time about 5 hours, make the loaves and into the oven with a pan of water. I freeze the smaller loafs, and take them out as needed.
How do you package them for freezing? I just started making sour dough loaves.

Hello to all the coolers. I’ll come forward as being one of those lurkers for probably close to ten years! Yes in the wings! It all started years ago on a cold winter day I was browsing the boards and came across the cooler. I found the cooler to be interesting, informative and entertaining and just a really nice group of posters. I loved reading about everyone’s interesting travels to many different areas of the world. Loved reading about Jeff’s breads. Very impressive how Jeff started the water cooler and it has lasted all these years. All do to a great group of contributors.
We have not cruised on Silver Sea yet but have been looking at a few itineraries closely. We have been predominantly Celebrity Cruisers but are looking to branch out to a different line of smaller ships.Welcome, from another mainly lurker!!

Amazing, when we were on the Muse around Japan Apr 6-26 last year, only some cherry blossoms blooming in the far north.

I know, after Rio, several weeks ago, I really can't handle HHH, 85 is my max for temperatures.

Wow, how lucky to see Fuji, we lived in Japan and only saw it several times a year.

Our second full day of touring took us first to a calligraphy class in a more residential section of Tokyo. Our teachers were incredibly welcoming, organized, and supportive as we tried to master this meditative practice.
There is definitely a learning curve and after going through about ten pieces of paper we were given our final gold rimmed board. This was my result: the character for friendship.
We then traveled to Asakusa and the Sensoji temple. The mass of humanity was daunting.
Many had rented kimono and were memorializing the day with individual and family photographs.
We had free time for lunch and shopping. Most of the shops sold tourist stuff and the restaurants had long cues of waiting customers. We passed and wandered to a less crowded back street and stumbled upon a vegan restaurant with, most importantly, AC and beer.
It hit 80 degrees in Tokyo yesterday after a prolonged, cold spring. Sakura is just blooming and should be in full bloom next week for the pre cruise portion of our trip.
The next stop was the Ueno area and the national museum. It was Sunday and warm so we saw people at leisure, pursuing their hobbies.

The museum is very special with a stunning collection and beautiful gardens. It was late in the day, so we were already tired so I went directly to the netsuke collection as my father collected them when we lived in Japan in the 60’s. I was intrigued with the collection of more modern netsukes done in the latter part of the 20th century which deviated from the more traditional symbols from folk tales carved in wood, bone, or ivory
I also have several netsuke from when we lived in Japan in late 60s.

When flight was booked I was able to add my ff number
Yes, my ff numbers are on it, BUT it won't be "ticketed" for several more months and AA says the change starts May 1. We'll see what happens.

Good point. I guess we will find out as soon as someone tries to collect the miles and is told they don't count! I am using Regent air for an August cruise (one way) -- we are booked on American.
If I am first to find out I will let you know.
Yes, please. We have a Tokyo-LAX in Sept on AA.

Any reports about/from the Voyager lately? We board in about 12 days.

Carnevale,
Thanks for posting this. We are also avid dancers. We board the ship March 18th and wonder if either or both of the duos will be on board.
Don't know if you've been on Coral, but it has the best dance venues of any Princess ship, with the Wheelhouse near the theater with a bigger dance floor than the usual Wheelhouse, the Explorers, and the aft lounge. The Island used to have all three, but Princess got rid of the aft lounge on that ship.
Hi Bruce and Gail, haven't seen you in a long time. ANN

My TA didn't give me a choice. SS uses Allianz, guess I assumed Regent did too.

We have Regents insurance.
-
We just got an email from RSS about our Voyager cruise Mar 9, not required, but suggest everyone gets a covid test 3 days prior. Does their insurance cover if you test positive then??

I sure hope at least one person does a "live from" with all the details as it progresses.

I needed a little Freddie today!!!
