Yes it is strange that any HAL ship should be described as an ocean liner as none of them have the correct shape hull to be called such, technically.

I'm sure someone will correct me but I believe Cunard's Queen Mary is the only true ocean liner at the present time.

Lizzie, I don't think the housing market here is quite as bad as the Vancouver area, but we get some of the overflow shoppers! There was a townhouse right across from Ogden Point going - I had thought we might see if we could put a webcam on the roof and work for PTZ!

Yes, that is exactly the post I was talking about. And the thread was closed so I couldn't respond there.

I thought I made it perfectly clear in my original post here, that most people understood the exchange rate problem and didn't blame HAL or any other cruise line. I certainly did not mean to offend Canadians or any other nationality.

Unless it's changed since last year, stuff a bag is the best deal. I've found you can get most in if you roll the items up and fill up all the spaces with socks etc.

Until I'm on free laundry perks I'll keep doing it every time.
