Thanks! I did find that, but can't seem to find anything about double points from earlier. I booked an earlier cruise in November 2020 that I did get the double points for, so it seems it was definitely active before December. Oh well...I appreciate everyone's help though!

It seems like that promo was active starting in mid-October, but I could’ve sworn it started before that. I’ll call them again later this week as I haven’t seen any new points added. I don’t have any upcoming cruises planned so the power up activities at least give me a small feeling of accomplishment in the meantime.

Hello! I mostly lurk, but I keep running into problems when I try to search the boards here that there are server issues. I booked a February 2022 cruise on 8/31/20 for which I was told on the phone I would be receiving double Captain's Club points. I received only the regular points for this cruise so I called Celebrity and they said there is no record of getting double points so they are going to look into it and I should call back in two weeks. I was not in a room by myself, so the double points would be a promo. Does anyone happen to recall the promos that were active in August 2020? I looked through my emails and I've tried searching here, but I haven't been able to find an answer. If that promo became active in September 2020 I guess I'm SOL, but I want to know one way or the other. Thank you in advance!
