I'm enjoying your review. Currently I'm planning of taking a Carribbean cruise with a POC in Barbados. Don't ask why I want to see Barbados, because I don't know, I just do.

I'm reading all the reviews I can to see which ship I want to book on based on itinerary and cost.

I hope to go some time during the period after Thanksgiving and before Christmas. How is the weather during this time?

Has anyone cruise out of San Juan flying in from the San Francisco Bay Area?

Have they had any problems using a REDEYE flight, or had they had to book hotel rooms?

I have not book a cruise yet but was wondering for budgeting purposes.

I'm truly enjoying your review with pictures. I'm planning my 2017 cruise with on the Jewel or Adventure out of San Juan. Since I will be flying in from the west cost (SFO) I really appreciated the review of San Juan. I'm not sure what time of the year in 2017 I will be going, must likely late No/ early Dec, so that I can consider it a late Birthday (end of Sept) and early Christmas gift to myself. Loved the picture of your dog with the suitcases. My cat Muffin when she sees my suitcase open she climbs in it hoping I will that her along with me.

Does anyone know when RCCL will be publishing their Nov/Dec 2017 cruises to Barbados? I will be traveling sole and thinking about going on the Anthem of the Sea and checking out their studio w/balcony. It appears to be a lot cheaper than a single insdie cabin.

I just don't want to miss by chance in booking it since I know they only have a limited about of these cabins.

I have been checking on cruise that include Barbados, when I noticed something.

Week long cruise that has a port of call everyday, and no free days at sea.

I was wondering if anyone has been on a cruise like that?

Since I mainly go to see the ports, maybe this is something I should try. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy my days at sea, but if this is a way to save money, I may try one

Thanks for taking the effort to provide a means for all of us to take the cruise with you. The Panama Canal has been on my bucket list for sometime now, last May I finally had enough money saved to go Next November (San Diego to Ft Lauderdale. After reading your review I can hardly wait.
