I agree, book the comedy place in the comedy club first! I was very lucky to get reservations and most people did show up and barely any standby people got in. It's a very small venue

Because I got my Royal up accepted, I think that's the reason why I never got any of the crown and anchor stuff in my room 😞

I appreciate any advice, esp from those wiser than me! I had thought to ask for a security member to escort me at the time but I took the elevator up to a random deck and then took it down to my room. I also ended up accidentally seeing him on the last night during our Mama Mia showing. When I was looking for a seat, I went into a row and one person didn't angle their knees for me, and I said "oh excuse me" and looked down and it was him and he was like "hello ladies" and I was like omg!!! I quickly kept moving to the empty seats, which had a enormous seat saver situation going on. I of course confronted the lady about it, having had a couple drinks and said " you can't be saving 10 seats" and she's like "well they are on their way" and "I'm like "you can find seats when they arrive" and then she responded "but the ship is moving!" And I was so confused by that statement PLUS I didn't want to sit anywhere near the "room number man" so I let her do her massive seat saving and sat in the row behind her. Just in case people want to know, only 3 members of her party showed up and then she was forced eventually to part with the other seats and she fumed the whole time

Because I had prime, I was trying to save money and just get drinks at the casino bar. The solarium bartenders looked great from my observation from my chair! I noticed one casino bar staff start to make a drink, stop midway and tell his coworker to finish the drink. So I think "oh, he must be going on break or something" nope, he just stood there watching his coworker make the drink while many other people at the bar were waiting for drinks. This particular guy did this several times throughout the cruise, I couldn't understand it. Almost everyone was tipping extra cash and their jar was always full, so I just think there's no excuses for this sort of service we had this week at that bar. We all donate generously for prime! also, thinking back on the activities, it seemed like not much during the day then JAM PACKED at night to the point there was no way you could do everything, even if you spaced out shows or tried to catch things later on in the week

It was a lavender daiquiri at schooner, probably my fav Royal Caribbean drink. Unfortunately they couldn't make it at casino bar so I just indulged the once

Some final pictures! Sorry the review wasn't super detailed but the internet was bad. Hopefully starlink is better all in all, a great cruise. Biggest complaint I have is the size and quality of the buffet. Given my other experiences on NCL, Royal needs to up their game here. I also thought the drink quality and bar service were lacking. There could have been a few more daytime activities as well. Maybe it was just this itinerary though, since we had a bit of bad weather. Everything else was great and allure is a pretty ship! Casino was generous, taking home 800.00 profit 😀🍾 We saw Mama Mia last night and it was great just realized I forgot to buy a tshirt...oh well, just need to go on this ship again!

Oh I know that, I think if I overheard someone's room number, I'd not try to remember that number and id still never say "oh hey btw I know your room number and you should be careful" to that person

They never sent me that paper. 😞 seas are bit more calm today and only will get better!

We did the Cas Abao Scenic drive and beach yesterday. Was a pretty wet beach day but the water was great and saw some cool fish snorkeling off the beach. We stopped at Nena Sanchez art gallery and I bought a 10.00 print for my office at home. We had lunch at the beach and it was ok...basically 10-15.00 a meal, 15.00 or so a drink. Won some money in the casino, stayed too long and lost it haha 😆

It's literally miserable haha We are rocking and rolling now. mama Mia was cancelled tonight as was oceanaria of course. Should be smoother tomorrow and I hope I can see mama Mia before I disembark. Will post curacao updates tomorrow, wiped out from today

I did the three night package on the Liberty and didn't like it but food is so subjective, it's hard for me to advise! I wouldn't buy it personally but I also would advise to go to the MDR as much as possible instead of buffet

Sorry for the late response. Voom surf and stream has been a joke. Going to guest services tomorrow to talk to them about it and I usually would never complain. Not sure if they will do anything since starlink is coming but it's robbery to charge someone 26 a day for these speed. Doesn't even work half the time We had a fab day in Aruba. We did the Red Sail catamaran to the shipwreck and it was great. We then had some Dutch pancakes, lost a few dollars at the casino across the street, bought some crappy souvenirs, got back in the ship at 445 we didn't make it to our 515 dinner, but went to the windjammer at 630. I have been severely disappointed in the WJ. Terrible selection, very small buffet. I think the one on the Liberty was bigger and at the time I thought that one was small! We will def make our dinner time tomorrow. I mean, I don't wanna complain tooooo much as my clothes are fitting MUCH tighter but Royal has the up the game with their food. NCL is Michelin star quality compared to what I've had onboard Royal lately. It's not a deal breaker for me when cruising but it might be for some I was going to go to the aqua show again but it was cancelled. Stormy now outside. I won at least 300 in the casino tonight so I beelined out of there...very Smokey but the casino bartenders were in a good mood today and one of them even smiled at me, I was shooketh 😂 Hopefully these photos upload correctly the picture of me with the staff member is also named Aubrey! He heard my name being called for my morning coffee order and came over to say hello! We both were named after the song called "Aubrey" by Bread.

I have done sabor on Liberty a few weeks ago. I haven't done Samba, but I have down something similar on NCL. I had the meat sweats so bad afterward, definitely won't do a Brazilian steakhouse for a while but I'm sure it's worth a try. Sabor on Liberty was ok, nothing to write home about

Some quick thoughts. ice show was great as always! So impressive what they do, with the ice in the condition it's in. This was the ice before the show comedians are really good this cruise! They are funny without bringing a ton of unnecessary politics/religion/etc into it, even in the late night, which I think makes it more enjoyable for everyone casino slots have been good to be, up around 600-700, will probably hit 1500 points but I'm already prime so I'm not chasing anything in particular. If I'm still up money at the end, I'll see about getting a chops steak at dinner one night and maybe play some poker. The casino bar staff could be 100% friendlier. I won't name names, but one particular bartender is having an bad week I guess, I'm just floored at his behavior. I won't say anything because I wouldn't want to get him in trouble but don't expect a super friendly bartender experience at the casino bar. *sigh* I really miss NCL bartenders, they are the best MDR service and food has been fantastic, buffet lackluster. We will be going to park cafe and solarium bistro sometime soon so can't comment on that yet
