, and try to forget you were ever on those two excellent cruise lines. Celebrity is still a good cruise line....but that is the problem. We used to think it was a great mass market line. Now....just good..

Exactly....still a nice vacation...but not what it used to be

We still cruise on celebrity...but prefer Crystal (I've seen you on the board there)...Celebrity is more olive garden....Crystal is more Capitol Grille...When we add on all the things we WANT...Crystal is a better buy for us...the food and entertainment are exceptional on Crystal....that being said....we had a great time on Equinox in April as we were with friends...we would cruise Celebrity again as we have elite status but we would lower our expectations

Best day ever on a cruise in the Caribbean...drinks were great

We paid for a cabana and never sat there...we were at the swim up ADULTS ONLY pool all day.

In april they were...and they were delish....had one for breakfast

Once you need it you will never regret the $$ spent on it

Basically....the benefit doesn't exist anymore...you cannot combine it with ANYTHING....They real shouldn't refer to it as a benefit any longer

Just returned from equinox and aspen is OFF the classic package...however they would allow you to pay the difference...i was charged $1.18

On equinox....aspen coffee price raised...only available on premium pkg

Quebec City is served by Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB). American Airlines has non-stop flights there from PHL from June to October, thus covering cruise ship season. About 25 minutes by car from YQB to the cruise terminal, and a flat rate of CA$34.25 from the airport to downtown (terminal and nearby hotels included within this zone).

There are several small boutique-style hotels within walking distance of the port (in order of distance):

 

Le Port-Royal

Le Germain Hotel

Hotel 71

Auberge Saint-Antoine

Hotel Le Priori

Auberge Saint-Pierre

 

 

If your ship departs from Wharf 30, you can add http://www.lesaintpaul.qc.ca/en/"]Hotel Le Saint-Paul into the mix - it faces Wharf 30, although it's a bit of a hike if you want to walk it, so you might want to get a taxi.

Moscow mule (vodka, lime juice ginger beer), but use Absolute Mango instead of vodka. We had these in the Ensemble Lounge last week. Looking forward to making these at home in the real copper mugs. A great secret ingredient is Cardomom for those that make mules at home.

Favourite moment for me on an overnight sailing to Cozumel, Standing on Deck 4 in the dark enjoying the warm air and high humidity watching the calm Caribbean seas breaking on the boat with an ice cold Michelob Ultra

It's not real fancy, but my favorite (besides the Miami Vice or Lava Flow) is Malibu (coconut rum) and pineapple juice. Simple, tropical and refreshing! Sex on the Beach is also pretty good!

You would earn more points toward your next level if this is important to you. The room itself is almost identical to a balcony with some small changes ... pillow menu, nicer shower.

g. Luggage valet is really useful if you have a flight where you want to go right to Security check-in as soon as you enter the airport, or if you really need a porter to help with bags. . IMO!!!

Or if you would like to kill some time and not have to lug your bags around
