We did not see one when we sailed 2 weeks ago and there was no mention of it in the Fun Times that I saw.

I have been to Half Moon Cay, but not Grand Turk.

I was not aware of a bus or tram than ran the length of the beach, we just walked down just to the right of the Pirate Ship bar, looking at the bar. We were not that crowded where we were, but everyone's opinion about less crowded is different. You will find the areas closest to the shopping area is where the larger crowds will be, and then the further you go on down the beach, it will not be as bad. There is a little shopping on the island. You can para-sail, but is has to be booked through Carnival in advance I believe.

It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, you will love it.

Ginger Root. You have to take them with food or they will burn your stomach, especially if you burp. But I swear I have never been motion sick again in all the cruises I've taken because I make sure to take my Ginger Root pills. There are zero side effects for me and I can enjoy my trip. I swear by them. Walmart rarely has them in stock but your natural foods stores or health stores should carry them and they're super cheap and a bottle lasts me for multiple trips!

Just curious, what is the dosage and frequency that you take the ginger root pills?

I think the gift cards are a good idea, but I would like to know if it is still possible to call and have money put on your S&S account prior to sailing. I don't care about the argument the CCL gets to keep my money and I could be earning interest. Pre-paying to build up my S&S helps me personally, if it doesn't work you you, so be it. It was a great thing for me to use, and I would hate for it to not be possible in the future. If the only option is to make me buy the gift cards, and then go to GS on-board to have them applied, that will be crappy. If I use $200 cash and a $100 gift card to get $300 on my S&S, and at the end of the cruise I spent $275, how are they going to determine if the $25 left is from my cash and I get a refund, or if it is from my gift card and I don't get a refund?

Agreed, my wife and I have a ceiling fan and pedestal fan blowing on us at night, so a small fan would be great to have..

What deck you you catch the tender on when going to HMC?

Go into the mian show lounge on the lowest level (It is multiple decks).

 

Walk right up to the stage, turn right go all the way over, turn left and OUT the door to the very front of the ship!
