Hi After I gave them an earful and spoke to management in each department, they were able to get me the excursions, I wanted in Spain and France. They arranged my last night in Chops and paid for it or comp it. They are aware of it, which is sad. I spoke to management about it and they blamed it on the computer system. I wish I researched the issues they had with 2 embarkation points so I can be prepared for it. I was livid after I found out. Thank God, I packed the Ativan. I prebooked as much of the mytime dining before I boarded. I got 2 out of the 7 days. Rest of the days had no availability. I got in to Hiro, Flight-Dare to Dream, and Hairspray. Not sure if I am missing a show

Hi On this ship now. Boarded in Rome. I leaned and first experienced this. Passengers who board in Barcelona get first priority for My time. Shows, specialty restaurants and excursion. The lady confirmed it in excursion. Guest Service got an earful last night. Unacceptable and not OK. They had to go the back way and had me speak with each manager to get it solved. Rome Passengers should have equal access to it. Slots were all filled in Rome and I got on early.

Hi So far, no email saying they canceled. I know they canceled the flight on Saturday to Italy so that means the flight crew was stuck in PHX since Friday night. We should be taking off on time or close to it on Sunday. I am sure they want to get home.

Hi I am stressing over this now. I am flying out tomorrow, June 5 (from U.S) leaving around 7:30 pm and arriving in Rome June 6 at 8 pm. I board a cruise on Thursday. I am so stressed out. British Airways flights were canceled today. So far, everything is a go as planned.

Hi I leave in less than a week for Symphony of the Seas. I remember there being tags that I need to print, laminated and put on my luggage before I get on the ship. Where do I find it? I have the set and sail pass on the phone. Just need to do the health screening a day before I board. Thanks

Hi There is literally no tours on the cruise that is leaving on June 8 on the Mediterranean. Do they typically add more spots when you get on the ship.

Hi I am taking a cruise out of Rome on June 8. Leaving Phx, AZ on June 5. This is my 2nd trip to Italy. Last was before Covid hit. After cruise, I am staying in Montrogotto Terme for a week, an hr outside of Venice. Plan is to return to AZ on June 25. Which airline should I use? I am thinking of flying into Rome and leaving out of Venice. There is so many choices and reviews aren't the best. I flew BA and survived the trip.

Hi I traveled through Italy about 6 yrs ago for 2 weeks alone and did ok. Jet lagged kicked my butt as i didn't sleep for the first 40 hrs due to traveling. I only knew English. I struggled in south Italy due to the language barrier. More people spoke English in larger cities. I stayed in timeshares the entire time and took the train every where. I used the Rome2rio app, which was helpful. People were very friendly and helpful. Today, I just booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean for a week in June 2023 to Western Mediterranean alone. Then I will probably go back to my favorite timeshare outside of Venice for a week.

Hi I finally settled on a cruise. Going on Symphony of the Seas out of Rome on June 8, 2023. I am going alone. It is a long way off but something to look forward to. Can't wait to go back to Italy. I spent 2 weeks before covid hit exploring it by land. Can't wait to see it by sea. How has cruising changed after covid? Will I need to get tested in Rome before I board. I am fully vaccinated. Hi I am looking at taking a cruise out of Rome on Symphony of the seas in June 2023 out of Rome. I did a land trip 5 yrs ago in Italy and want to do a cruise this time. I decided on an inside cabin as I want to save money and it is a port intensive cruise. I won't be in the room much. I am stuck paying single rates. Unfortunately, the June 8 sailing is filling up fast. I am going to need to book it fast. There are cabins if I leave out of Barcelona but not so much out of Rome. If I book it now and the rate magically drops, will they honor the lower price? Should I pay for the cruise in full or wait until the end? If I do Royal up, when does that window open if I decide to bid? Help. What is the best way to handle this?

Hi I am a teacher so the only time I can sail is in June and early July. I need to be back in the US by June 15th. I am stuck paying the double occupancy fees, which stinks. It is a 7 day cruise out of Rome. I would be booking through Costco, because I have a next cruise confirmation from 10 yrs ago. I would get OBC plus a $360 costco cash card and deposit is already paid.
