Hi After I gave them an earful and spoke to management in each department, they were able to get me the excursions, I wanted in Spain and France. They arranged my last night in Chops and paid for it or comp it. They are aware of it, which is sad. I spoke to management about it and they blamed it on the computer system. I wish I researched the issues they had with 2 embarkation points so I can be prepared for it. I was livid after I found out. Thank God, I packed the Ativan. I prebooked as much of the mytime dining before I boarded. I got 2 out of the 7 days. Rest of the days had no availability. I got in to Hiro, Flight-Dare to Dream, and Hairspray. Not sure if I am missing a show

Hi On this ship now. Boarded in Rome. I leaned and first experienced this. Passengers who board in Barcelona get first priority for My time. Shows, specialty restaurants and excursion. The lady confirmed it in excursion. Guest Service got an earful last night. Unacceptable and not OK. They had to go the back way and had me speak with each manager to get it solved. Rome Passengers should have equal access to it. Slots were all filled in Rome and I got on early.

Hi So far, no email saying they canceled. I know they canceled the flight on Saturday to Italy so that means the flight crew was stuck in PHX since Friday night. We should be taking off on time or close to it on Sunday. I am sure they want to get home.

Hi I am stressing over this now. I am flying out tomorrow, June 5 (from U.S) leaving around 7:30 pm and arriving in Rome June 6 at 8 pm. I board a cruise on Thursday. I am so stressed out. British Airways flights were canceled today. So far, everything is a go as planned.

Hi I leave in less than a week for Symphony of the Seas. I remember there being tags that I need to print, laminated and put on my luggage before I get on the ship. Where do I find it? I have the set and sail pass on the phone. Just need to do the health screening a day before I board. Thanks

Hi There is supposed to be a strike on June 6, affecting the airlines. I am taking British Airways at 8:40 pm on June 6 to London and then Rome. What are the chances that this will impact me. I board a cruise 3 days later.

Hi There is literally no tours on the cruise that is leaving on June 8 on the Mediterranean. Do they typically add more spots when you get on the ship.

Will we have access to our ship planner online for free or do we need to play for internet. I am scheduling shows, tours, dinner etc
