Getting to the port was a nightmare...took 45 minutes in a cab from our hotel (the Aloft) and we could have walked there in about 15 minutes. Once at the port there is a Haven entrance for the terminal. Drop you bags there, go through the security dedicated for Haven guests, wait in the Haven marked off area (if they haven't already started boarding Haven guests) where they have coffee, juice, water, breakfast pastries, etc. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. and were in Posh having our first cocktail by 11:00.

Scurrent, we had the same problem...the NCL website thinks you need to pay for the 2 additional specialty dinners. With Platinum and above you also get concierge services. Just wait until you're on board and ask your concierge to book the 2 additional specialty restaurants for you; they will gladly do so.

Thank you for taking the time to give us these updates my wife and I have cruised NCL 8 times, Jan. 22nd cruise will be our 3rd time on epic but our first as "haven people". excited to be back Cruising since January of 2020.
